I bought labels for school, lunch boxes and water bottles and the products are all as I expected and of good quality. The only downside is that I find the opening/closing of the bottles a little difficult for a 4-year-old...

Always a great product!

Beautiful bottles, simple personalization that my children really liked. The only fault lies with the cap. The cap is really hard to open and even harder to close (even for us parents!), the neck (sport) doesn't open like a normal sport cap (here, you have to turn....again, forcing, and the same to close...can cause leaks), and finally, it's fragile (fallen 1x from the child's hands and already broken.) In short, the stopper and cap need to be redesigned (for adults, ok, but for children's bottles, it's no good at all, too complicated, too hard to close/open and too fragile). I haven't yet had the chance to test the bottles' isothermal function, so I can't judge whether they really keep hot for 12 hours and cold for 24.

I have used this company before for clothes and item labels and have never been disappointed. I use them for school uniforms and love that I don't need to iron them on (non iron clothes labels), yet they stay on clothes brilliantly. The designs take me quite a while to finalise as there are just so many lovely colours, fonts and characters to choose from! I love the quality and the individuality.

I was recommended this company from a friend as my daughter has just started pre-school so thought it would be a good idea to get lots of labels with her name on. Did think it was very pricy compared to others however, I thought the designs were sweet so ordered them anyway. Didn't take too long to deliver considering they're produced in France. When the postman delivered them, I wasn't at home but when I got back from work the *envelope* was soaked through with water and covered in mud resulting in the book they came in to be all crinkled up. Most of the labels were wet and peeled off the page. I would have thought they could have used a better way of sending them out considering it's labels/paper.

Labels were exactly what I wanted and didn't have to wait very long to receive them.

I still haven't received my order

I haven't yet tested the self-adhesive labels for clothes (their design is nice) but some of the sticker sheets I ordered didn't stick (and are very difficult to remove) and the water bottle is a big disappointment: too heavy for children and the cap is impossible to open/close even for an adult. I regret this purchase. Fast and careful delivery.

The labels stick very well and stay stuck after repeated washing. I recommend without hesitation RESPONSIVE after-sales service at its best.

Good quality in general, the only downside is that they can be removed easily, so be careful not to let the child take them off.
