Beautiful bottles, simple personalization that my children really liked. The only fault lies with the cap. The cap is really hard to open and even harder to close (even for us parents!), the neck (sport) doesn't open like a normal sport cap (here, you have to turn....again, forcing, and the same to close...can cause leaks), and finally, it's fragile (fallen 1x from the child's hands and already broken.) In short, the stopper and cap need to be redesigned (for adults, ok, but for children's bottles, it's no good at all, too complicated, too hard to close/open and too fragile). I haven't yet had the chance to test the bottles' isothermal function, so I can't judge whether they really keep hot for 12 hours and cold for 24.

I have used this company before for clothes and item labels and have never been disappointed. I use them for school uniforms and love that I don't need to iron them on (non iron clothes labels), yet they stay on clothes brilliantly.
