I'm sorry, contrary to what other customers indicated, I must say that I did not have a good experience. My order was for thermoadhesive labels to put on my little one's clothes for kindergarten. I had chosen the ones with the hot air balloon..... putrously they never arrived...it's not so much about the money but I really cared so much about those labels chosen with so much love. Every day I look at the mailbox hoping they will arrive but nothing. I even reported to Petit Fernand that my order never arrived and they reply with pre-packaged emails where they ask me if my entered address is correct. Of course it is correct, I have responded more than once but to date, against an order placed and shipped on June 19, I still have not received anything.

Customer service not great ...
Since July 24 I ordered them still waiting, they told me on the 12th that they would make them again because it was not normal that they had not arrived... I still have not received any and not even a mail that they have left as the first time... the course begins and I still do not have them.... it seems to me that if you see that they have not arrived to me you should send the second ones by express mail to make sure that they arrive to me in the shortest period possible... it is not my problem, since I have paid for them.
Well, they sent it to me without the drawing I chose, it only came with the letters.

I had a hard time ordering: it didn't work on my pc and my i-phone. It took me a long time to choose all the products, write down all the first names, select the decorative backgrounds and the little logo... when everything was finally in the basket, it was impossible to stop. I was in a hurry and losing patience. So I asked for help and customer service told me to try another device. Not everyone is equipped with a 3rd device... in short, of no use... last order, it annoyed me. I'll order on s-etiquette next time as there's no problem ordering.
Lies about delivery times... Still nothing happened... On the other hand, the money has been withdrawn. When I write to the customer service, they tell me to wait another 15 days!
I bought stickers at the first of July and they still haven't arrived. They said that maybe the package was lost at the post office and that they would send it to me again but I am still waiting for it.
I never received my first order...so I asked for it to be sent back to me, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive...at customer service they told me "you know, madam, our labels are sent by ordinary mail, so it's possible that the post office lost it...that's the problem, maybe it would be wiser to set up a tracking system, like your competitors do, at the same rates as you, from whom I'll place an order if the one I placed with you still doesn't arrive!
The name on the labels looked tiny. I wrote to customer service to see if it was possible to increase the size and they offered me no solution. They sent me unusable labels. I will not order from them again.
I bought labels to stick on pens, felt-tips and coloured pencils but they are much too large and yet it says object with a pencil drawing but it doesn't fit! Very disappointed.
My order arrived incomplete and i've been waiting over 35 days for the rest. so i'm desperate to receive my order in full!

As a mom in a hurry, I was seduced by the self-adhesive clothing labels. No ironing! The best! Obviously, perhaps in too much of a hurry, I hadn't read the terms and conditions of these self-adhesive labels, which are to be stuck over the brand or care labels which, for my daughter, are systematically cut off because she can't stand them in contact with her skin. Already in possession of my order (I had ordered the maximum quantity for my three children), I proceeded as I shouldn't have done....C i.e. stick them directly onto the fabric. Inevitably, everything came off in the wash. Nothing but a waste of time, having tried to save time. I'm very disappointed. You should put more emphasis on your website about the strict importance of not sticking these labels directly onto clothes. And not just in the post-order instructions.

I placed an order on July 5th and to this day I still have not received it after claiming it several times. You have discounted my money instantly, you have replied to my mails, you told me that you would make it again and I have not received it either. The experience is bad.

I ordered labels with flower background without drawing and they leave me the space where the drawing is supposed to go in white..... perfect!
I'm not unhappy with the labels but with the customer service I sent a message to add the name because it was not taken into account I never got an answer.... So these labels won't be of any use to me....
