This is the second time I have ordered from you. Although I am satisfied with the labels for my little boy, I am very disappointed with the labels I ordered for my daughter. The simulator gave much more legible labels. So it's a bit disappointing given the usefulness of the product. I'd understood that the simulator was designed to avoid unpleasant surprises. It's a real shame, isn't it?

High-quality self-adhesive labels, no loss of color or gloss even after repeated washing.

The designs are cute but the stick on label option fell off after only 1 wash. I sent a complaint email and got a reply saying that they were delighted I received my order and that I should leave a review which I found odd. So here I am, leaving a negative one. It's a shame because they weren't cheap and was excited when I got them.

Fast delivery, top-notch packaging, quality labels... Lots of customization possibilities and the price is more than reasonable! I've recommended it to friends and family and I'd definitely recommend it!

It arrived 2-3 weeks after we ordered it and in good condition. We were not completely satisfied because the name we ordered could not be spelled correctly due to the printing type.

The bottle is very pretty, the design is great, my daughter loves it. The stopper system is great for preventing water from getting everywhere. The only drawback is the bottle's capacity of 400ml, which isn't enough for sporting activities, especially at the moment (cf COVID) when it's not always possible to fill the bottle.

The name labels I ordered for my son are wonderful. They are ideal for nursery! As my son cannot read his name, he knows all his items have a little red train on the sticker which means he's not actually lost his coat (yet!)! The iron on labels were tricky but I just risked it and didn't use the paper and they have stayed on fine through washes and my iron wasn't damaged either.

Some heat adhesive labels have peeled off when using the garment and we followed the instructions to the letter. We are not entirely happy.

I am very satisfied with the product, but above all for the human quality of the people for a problem I had in the receipt of the package. They contacted me immediately and even gave me an alternative solution to the problem, although it was not really their fault, but the fault of the post office. Very happy and I have only good words for the whole team. I have already purchased on several occasions and will continue to do so.

So happy with the products - quality is superb and survives several washes a week!

All the labels come off in the washes...cute design but I was disappointed by the fact of sticking on the labels.

The only thing I would add is more graphics/fonts/designs...not sure if that's possible...however beautiful all the proposals! I also found customer service to be very helpful! Outstanding service
