I had a problem with the shipping address which was not taken just at the time of shipment because when validating my basket the address was correct. I contacted the company by e-mail and received an automatic message telling me that if I didn't receive a reply by July 19, they would contact me and I'm still waiting for a reply.
The typography is not adapted to the first name. As a result, the first name is cut off... very disappointed. The font size is also smaller than my last order. Not very practical for children learning to read...
Never received my package!
Unfortunately, the website does not make it clear that the labels are sent from abroad and that you have to expect correspondingly long delivery times and delays. My items have not arrived in week three after ordering. No tracking of the shipment is possible. My children are now traveling to summer camp without labels.
The package arrived late and through someone else. Apparently my labels were sent to another customer and Petit Fernand gave him my address so that he could resend it to me. Wouldn't this be a breach of the Data Protection Act and could it be reported?
I am on my third order, the previous one was from the beginning of last school year. Unfortunately, this time the quality of the adhesive label clothes that I was very comfortable with has definitely deteriorated. Less thick adhesive backing and less accurate clipping, resulting in the edges tearing off removing label from paper.
The labels I received are so hard to peel off, they tear halfway when you try to peel them off, so I'm extremely disappointed with the result.

I am not satisfied at all. I didn't get my first sticker and after several calls and emails, they sent one back. What a surprise to see the size of the 4-line stickers. SUPER big! I'm used to ordering this via Lovelylabels and I'm thinking of doing it again in the future.

I am very upset because I ordered labels with an image for my son but as I ordered the mini labels they are ariVee just with the first name. This was not possible. So I called the number, explained the situation and answered "yes, that's normal".

If it says you deliver in 48 hours so it must be. Nn happening this you are not serious, therefore my opinion is negative about your service

Stickers are very durable through many washes !
I did not receive my order the first time. I had to phone several times. As I live in Belgium, it cost me 20 euros for international calls. I pointed this out to the c'est mon Etiquette employee and I didn't even receive any compensation or a voucher equivalent to what I spent to receive my order. Response: I have already written to the address mentioned but have received neither a reply nor compensation.
Error on my order, after contacting customer service a second shipment is planned. I receive 10 days later a request from customs for more information and finally 5 days later I finally receive my order after paying an additional 5th.
Very disappointed, the labels, although ordered on time, arrived after our son had left for his camp.... In short, useless....

It has been almost a month since I received my order.
I would not buy here again, I have been totally ripped off, I ordered 30 labels 1 month ago and they have not arrived. After several emails and giving me long that they would send me the order again, it still hasn't arrived. If they do this to everyone they are going to get rich at the expense of the 10 we all lose because I have already seen several people on Facebook complaining about the same thing.
My second time of purchase but STILL my order does not arrive as my first order. . the first time at least they have made refund my money but this second time is still not fixed .... So now I will NEVER order with Petit Fernand..... NOT RECOMMENDED
Lunch box does not like, different from the picture. Delivery time over 1 week.
The order apparently left the house on 26.06.2019, to date I have not yet received any goods, although payment was made when the order was placed
