My order arrived far too late

Despite ironing for 15 seconds or more, the iron-on textile labels peel off... very disappointed with my purchase, I wouldn't buy again!

I have not received it yet. I called and in principle in a few days I will receive the new order sent again by the customer service girl.

After a month of waiting, I still haven't received my parcel! Unacceptable

After 1 month of waiting, I still haven't received anything. Despite an email to customer service, no return.

I ordered name tags for my daughter, enticed by the fact that they would take two days to arrive, knowing that the next week I would be leaving, after two days not seeing anything arrive I contact the service is they tell me that the order is entrusted to the post office which can have up to 10 days delay, to wait patiently for the arrival by 25/7/19 (luckily the delivery was to be in the company), to date July 30 nothing has arrived! I do not recommend the purchase!

After more than 2 weeks I still haven't received an order.

Ordered on 19/07 for my daughter who was leaving for camp on 29/07, still nothing received since...

After a month I am left without labels, according to them due to lack of communication. A pity so much publicity for such bad treatment to the buyer.

I had to wait a long time, I had to contact again to receive my order and I had no compensation, no action for the delay.

After 15 days I still haven't received my order!

I placed an order on July 3, because my little girl was starting kindergarten a week later. And today, July 30, I haven't received anything, but the almost 200 dollars that it cost me have disappeared from my account.

Bad experience for me I ordered labels for my son's christening, they were supposed to arrive within 48 hours as indicated on the site (order placed on Sunday 07/07 for the following Saturday i.e. 13/07). My labels finally arrived after the event. I'm a bit disappointed by the money I spent, only to end up not being able to do anything with them (the christening and date are mentioned on the label) ????

I loved it I will buy again for sure I recommend it.

I have still not received my order since July 4.

Very disappointed by your service, you write 48h for preparation but 15 days to deliver!!!! And when we call you ....c'est pas vous c'est la poste ,sauf que sur le tampon de la poste l'envoi est marqué 2j avant . Last time with you, you are neither professional nor commercial, your secretary is non chalente. I won't do you any good advertising!

I had a problem with the shipping address which was not taken just at the time of shipment because when validating my basket the address was correct. I contacted the company by e-mail and received an automatic message telling me that if I didn't receive a reply by July 19, they would contact me and I'm still waiting for a reply.

The typography is not adapted to the first name. As a result, the first name is cut off... very disappointed. The font size is also smaller than my last order. Not very practical for children learning to read...

Never received my package!

Unfortunately, the website does not make it clear that the labels are sent from abroad and that you have to expect correspondingly long delivery times and delays. My items have not arrived in week three after ordering. No tracking of the shipment is possible. My children are now traveling to summer camp without labels.

The package arrived late and through someone else. Apparently my labels were sent to another customer and Petit Fernand gave him my address so that he could resend it to me. Wouldn't this be a breach of the Data Protection Act and could it be reported?

I am on my third order, the previous one was from the beginning of last school year. Unfortunately, this time the quality of the adhesive label clothes that I was very comfortable with has definitely deteriorated. Less thick adhesive backing and less accurate clipping, resulting in the edges tearing off removing label from paper.

The labels I received are so hard to peel off, they tear halfway when you try to peel them off, so I'm extremely disappointed with the result.

Unfortunately, I cannot rate anything as I have not yet received my order.

I am not satisfied at all. I didn't get my first sticker and after several calls and emails, they sent one back. What a surprise to see the size of the 4-line stickers. SUPER big! I'm used to ordering this via Lovelylabels and I'm thinking of doing it again in the future.

Never received my order, had actually forgotten about it I ordered it so long ago. It was only when I was asked for the review it reminded me!

The self-adhesive clothing labels don't stick after the 1st wash. I'm disappointed with the quality!
