I placed my order and it arrived 17 days later. I contacted you and at first you gave me some directions. After confirming that the address was correct and that I still did not receive my order, you opted not to reply again. I had had a good experience up to this point.

Bought 2 sets of labels for my 2 grand daughters school uniforms ready for September, so not used them yet. They arrived really quickly, look great, and beautifully presented which I didnt expect, my 4 year old Grand Daughter loved the stickers that came with them. Needed to speak to seller, lovely immediate reply and would buy from them again. Cant comment on if they stay on clothing, but I will put a couple of stitches on corners anyway

Great Customer service. The Lunch box and Isothermal water bottle are perfect for kids. They keep the food and drink hot and cold. These are great for picnics or even taking to school. We are very pleased with the products as they are strong and versatile. There are lots of different themes to choose from so something for everyone ??

The quality of the bottles is not worth the price. I had to change a stopper after a few months and the bottle breaks down quickly. For me the quality/price is not there.

Quick delivery, quality product. Iron labels have gone through wash and tumble several times and are still stuck fast. Stick on labels have been through the dishwasher without any issues.

Love these little name labels. I've ordered twice now and about to order more . My children love the fact they come in a little album with extra stickers . They also love designing their own stickers when ordering . Lots to chose from for both girls and boys . My first lot I bought well over a year ago and are still stuck strong. Water bottles have been through dishwasher daily and the stickers have remained ! We've stuck stickers on absolutely everything . Very happy Thank you ??

I bought 3 water bottles and three times the cap cover broke as a result of a trivial fall. The first time I asked you for a replacement and appreciated the diligence in solving the problem, but after the other two caps broke I realized that they are unsuitable for handling by children. I think you should expose the problem to the company that makes them. Otherwise the water bottles look great and keep the water fresh.
