I'd heard lots of good things so places an order for our 4 children, the order Was placed on the 22nd of July, it never arrived, I contacted them after the 10 days delivery, they said they'd send a replacement, this still hasn't arrived. It's now the 20th of August and we still don't have our order. Apparently we have to wait another 2 days to see if the replacement gets delivered, which I have no hope for at this point.

The first set of labels never arrived and I had to chase them up to receive my order. I have just got around to labelling my children's school uniform. The labels won't peel off easily. Almost like they haven't been cut properly. When they do peel off, they sometimes have an extra bit of shiny film coming off too. The edges are frilly, almost as if they are too thin. They are also ripping. I have ordered these labels many times before and have not had these issues before. I don't know if they have changed the materials or how they are made but they are now terrible quality.

A delivery point of those offered on the web was scheduled, however it never arrived and I realized that this delivery point was already closed for good points I contacted you and you offered me children after delivery options but the order was not sent where I asked but to another delivery point totally different and without notifying me. As I did not go to pick it up because I was not notified of the delivery it was returned and again sent back to another random delivery point. I have not been able to pick it up because I am on vacation and it has been a long time since the order was placed. The result is that I placed the order in the middle of July and a month later I still do not have it.
