I have used this company for years but unfortunately this years batch are just not sticking to the clothing tags which is really frustrating as they always used to stick so well and I have not been doing anything different to my washing.

I'm not sure what to think. Some labels have already come off even though I wash my clothes at 40 degrees maximum. I wouldn't recommend the direct-glue type

I order the labels every year and am very satisfied with the service. However, this year, the order arrived late and I had to start the year without the labels, too bad... I'll use them next year...

The labels are very easy to apply and adhere perfectly to different surfaces.

The labels are really superb. However, I have a problem, the first name on the gourd 1 week later is peeling off and clearly at the price of the gourd I'm rather disappointed. I'm going to contact the service department to see if this can be corrected.

The bottle is actually quite nice, but unfortunately both the print (or rather sticker) on the bottle and the lid are quite smelly. I find it difficult to give the product to small children when my hands stink so much. But the delivery time and processing were great.

Too small for my taste and doesn't necessarily fit very well .

I am disappointed because a friend spoke to me and I was happy to order but the order arrived much later than expected, I ordered mainly for the so-called speed but sincerely disappointed. The labels are pretty and useful

Fast delivery, but labels come off after 2 washes.

I am now very surprised that one page is missing from my order! I do not have a page with iron-on labels! I checked my order and they were ordered and paid for. But they weren't printed!

Hello I came to your brand because you said you could deliver orders in 48 hours and time was a criterion in my choice. However, my order took more than two weeks to arrive. If I had known about this delay I would have gone to another supplier.

I wasn't delivered at all to the place I'd expected, which really annoyed me.

Shipping not too efficient

I like the non-iron clothing labels but the new ones are too small (they used to be bigger).

A little disappointed that the size of the label (chosen to stick on pens) does not allow you to see the drawings printed around the first name (the drawings are intended for larger labels). the quality of the label looks great, to be seen with use over the months.

The site is great, and label customization is quick and easy. However, I don't find the packs very suitable, especially the distribution of label types. I'd also like to point out that the quality has deteriorated a lot. Last year the labels were of much better quality: washing machine and tumble dryer OK. This year, they've already peeled off after one run through the washing machine.

The labels are very pretty, but the iron-on ones don't wash well, even though I followed the instructions.

First order I spent over £20. Order came wrong (different child's name). I understand mistakes happen but no money off or voucher. New order was sent but very long wait time by the time order eventually came second time around my children had started school so stickers were wasted.

The labels for the markers come off. I had to reinforce with tape .

Despite all the explanations, the labels don't stick after the first wash. I'm very disappointed, even though I thought the labels were pretty.

I have no complaints about the way my request was handled by the c mon étiquette site, as everything was sent on time. Unfortunately, having chosen chronopost delivery, I still haven't received my order and chronopost doesn't know where it is... c mon étiquette has already reimbursed me the shipping costs for the 24-hour delivery that was not respected. Unfortunately I still don't have my labels today....

Ordered for school, order arrived with wrong name. After report was sent the right Product too bad it arrived after school started.

I ordered labels with a delivery charge of 9.50 for delivery in 24 hours. My label sent the labels very quickly, but the delivery man took more than 24 hours to deliver. Fortunately, my label was willing to reimburse me.

Ordered on August 30th with a promise of delivery by September with Chronopost, received on September 11th even orders shipped from China arrive faster.

I'm very disappointed with the labels. It's almost impossible to remove them without damaging them ... What's more, the first time I washed a garment with a label, it didn't stand up to washing... Very disappointed

I ordered a water bottle with my son's name engraved on it. The name started to fade after barely a week of use.

Order placed on 28/08 evening and delivery only on 4/09 although I had chosen a collection point to receive my labels more quickly.

The iron-on labels do not work well. As much as I insist they almost all come off when the garment is washed. Now I bought the stickers and it seems to be a little better.

Order placed on 01/09, delivery expected in 3 working days, here we are on 16/09 and still no delivery. Not possible to track the delivery because no elien for tracking and no return to my complaint. I will give a notice if I receive my parcel or not to note the item.

I was disappointed with my first order, the iron-on labels peeled off after the first machine wash. Quite the opposite of what I had read... I don't think I'll do it again.

Hello, I find them a little less sticky than the previous ones (from two years ago). This concerns the labels for objects, not having recommended those for clothes I don't know if they are concerned.

The order was quickly received but the labels quickly came off too.... Not great! maybe they should be wider ...

The thermo-adhesive labels peel off after the 1st wash, I find that very limited, the ones I took last year still stick to the clothes I find that a bit limited...

The work and the workplace itself are very pleasant. The only downside is one of the managers. I don't know if the supervisors have any management training, but as an employee you get the feeling that they don't. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. Phrases like "I'm disappointed in you", "If your knee really hurt, you wouldn't be able to walk, so that's no reason not to come", "Since you're only pretending to work" can't come from the mouth of a superior. A manager is supposed to give feedback by showing the right way of doing things and explaining why other ways of doing things are not the right ones. All this without letting emotions speak for themselves, because the human element should be at the center, not the emotional. These behaviors have driven people away, and I've thought about it myself. I understand that a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and therefore with a fast-moving team, prefers to keep supervisors who know the work and are involved, but that can't excuse these behaviors, and in any case it can only harm the company in the long term (in my humble opinion).

The backpack is not suitable for toddlers. It's written for ages 3 and up, but I'm looking for a more suitable one.

Then considering the misunderstandings there were, with the failure to send the personalized bag and the name on the water bottle ruined only after one day, and the immediate resolution provided by petit Fernand I can say that I am quite satisfied with the service.
