Very disappointed as I thought I had ordered iron-on labels.

Shipment in 48 hours supposedly, but I've been waiting for 2 weeks.

Negative I still have not received the package after 14 days, but the amount due was charged to me immediately

I placed an order after 10 days and hadn't received anything, even though I had received an email telling me that the order had been shipped. I contacted customer service and the order was to be sent back to me. It's now been 8 days and I still haven't received anything.

Disappointed!!! I still haven't received my order placed a month ago! It's a shame! On the other hand I was well debited on the spot! I still don't have a label. I called you twice without any reply from you. Are you asking my opinion? I certainly wouldn't recommend you!

The labels are not as I wanted. But it's my fault for being too small for what I wanted to do.

The water bottle is too heavy..I didn't think so..

Received a lunch box that did not correspond at all to my order. Responsive customer service and men resent me one. But the sticker was badly positioned, not sure it would resist the water that would seep through...

I have not received my order and when I try to open an incident they tell me that the order does not exist, but they have charged me for it.

I bought these labels for my son's bottles, he started nursery on 03/06 and I already have several labels that have gone or are damaged even though it hasn't even been a month. I did however follow the pause instructions. Considering the price, I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend it.

I am very disappointed!!! On January 17, 2019 I ordered a thermos bottle and a lunch box, after several contacts with customer service my order arrived in mid-February, allegedly the German post office had problems with the delivery. I accepted this, even though I never have any other problems with the post office. Now, 4 months later, the outer coating is coming off, the lid has broken off and the bottle has a few dents. Yes, it has certainly been dropped a few times, children don't always take good care of their things. So I contacted customer service again and the answer was, you can order a new one, but after 6 months we can't accommodate you. When I replied that the goods had been in my possession for less than 6 months, the answer was that it had been too long anyway. Conclusion: 1x AND NEVER AGAIN

The delivery was fast and meticulous. However, I was very disappointed by the labels... they are huge, whether iron-on or self-adhesive. It's a real pain to put them on small baby clothes. And the self-adhesive ones... I don't have many garments with a brand label size big enough to stick these on... so I have to keep the arm-long labels describing the materials etc. to be able to stick them on. Without quoting other sites, there are labels of the same type that are much smaller and therefore easier to apply to garments.

Labels are removed from garments after use (before washing) and from others after the first wash, even though the instructions for applying the labels have been scrupulously observed.

Pretty labels, impeccable printing, but they come off by half each time they are washed, despite all the instructions followed to the letter.

I'm sorry to make a bad evaluation but this time I placed the order on May 13 and today, June 10, I still have not received it. Today my son was leaving for camp and it has not been possible to mark the clothes properly.

Several orders and each time problems. I'll stop with them and go to a competitor!

Very (too) long wait for reception, what a shame!

This time FATAL. They got lost along the way and never arrived, customer service I can't say anything bad, they requested a new printing of the labels but I needed them because my daughter was going camping for three days and they didn't arrive on time. In the end I placed an order for absolutely nothing. I don't think I will order them again through Petit-Ferdinand.

Excellent value for money

I'm very disappointed it's been a month and I still haven't received my order.

First purchase: bottle stopper breaks. Second purchase: stopper arrives completely broken.
