Very happy with the product. The booklet is also very practical. Stickers are sent by post from France. In my opinion, this took a relatively long time - approx. 10 working days.

Delivery too slow
I love the personalized Bento! With the ice bar to keep it cool, it's great! The gourd, ok but complicated to open for a child I think. In fact, my daughter went back to school with a silly gourd because she can't open it on her own! I'm not convinced about the iron-on labels. I'm waiting to see after washing, but I'm not sure it'll hold up! A bit disappointed.
These iron-on labels for clothes don't hold up so well, we've had other stickers that were better. After washing once, it comes off the clothes. Very nice design but still impractical and too long in my opinion. Too bad, I'm disappointed :/
We have ordered a few times now, normally name tags. Went for a personalised lunch box this time. Love it, good quality, sturdy. Likely order again.
