I am very very disappointed, I placed my order at the beginning of April... 1.following some problems, because information on the payment very unclear, solved thanks to your staff on Messenger, I learned that it had been sent on April 18.... 2. It's early but I still haven't received my parcel. It was sent to Namur, even though I had indicated my new address in Ottignies. It ended up in a "point relai" even though I had requested and paid for home delivery... 3. Luckily I know someone who works at the post office! But the problem is that I still haven't received my labels and it's May! ... Very very disappointed 🙁 I've always had very kind replies from the c-Monettiquette staff and I haven't accused anyone of making a mistake, but despite that, there was a computer glitch and that's a shame. I understood the payment terms and conditions but I advise c-Monettiquette to indicate them more clearly!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The main purpose of the stickers is to stick and, according to the brand promise, to stick to objects and clothing. After 10 days the labels on had still not arrived, despite the fact that I had already contacted to inform them that I thought they were lost. The response was immediately accusatory towards the post office, not even an internal check was done. When I requested new shipment stating that I would not be willing to accept another 10 days, miraculously after 24 hours the labels arrived.
