First wash on some garments, the labels have peeled off

Labels that won't stay on the garment

I never received the order I tried to contact them twice by e-mail. But got no reply Am very disappointed

There's nothing to hold the thermocollees, not great.

Ordered and paid for, never received!

It has never arrived and I needed it for a trip for my daughters. I will never trust you again.

I don't think it's good quality, the labels come off in the wash, even though I followed your instructions to the letter. I really needed these labels for my son in hospital. I should have asked for a refund.

The thermal stickers peel off with a wash and it's not the first time I've bought them, so far they've always been great, but this order was a disaster.

I bought several types of labels but some were not well cut and could not be removed and I had to cut them myself to be able to use them.

I didn't get the labels. I had to wait 12 days to get them back. It took about 11 more days to arrive. It's a shame because the labels are good quality but the shipping and delivery takes too long.

Lovely idea but the labels are not as wash proof as they claim to be...1 wash only in some instances. Very disappointed. Waste of money!

The labels are beautiful in their design, but for me the most important thing is that they are practical and they are not. Depending on the fabric they crack super fast and you have to be careful not to get close with the iron because they peel off. I will not repeat.

I was given someone else's information.

They can be put on clothes and other utensils in no time.

They came off after a week but I will buy again to see if I have better luck.

L'ordine non è arrivato e pur avendo segnalato l'accaduto al servizio clienti la mail di risposta è stata che sono spiacenti per l'inconveniente ma la spedizione è indipendente dal loro servizio. Ho mandato varie mail per richiedere il rimborso e/o nuovamente l'invio della merce con corriere espresso ma non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Pessima assistenza cliente, ritengo poco professionale un'azienda che non sceglie spedizionieri competenti e inaffidabili.
