I placed my order on 4th Sept (it's now 2nd Oct) and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been emailing my concerns only to receive repetitive replies of the same email stating that my order is on its way and should be with me within 10days of ordering. Every time I ask for a refund my emails are ignored. The telephone number given for customer service doesn't seem to work, it goes straight to voicemail and I'm still to receive a call back. I'm very dissatisfied & frustrated 🙁
