Fast shipping and delivery, product as expected

As ordered.

The order arrived 10 days late, and they never responded to any of my queries, except for one sent by email. On the other hand the lunch box and water bottle are not sturdy, Yam came back from school without a lid and without a lock. I doubt I will buy here again. Disappointment.

Imposing snack box for my 4-year-old daughter, otherwise the design is pretty (to be seen with use over time, as it's just a glued label). The gourd is beautiful.

Very long delivery time, received after 8 days when on the site it says 48h. I had to order another label from a print shop, especially as it was for my son's christening...but once I received the products they were in very good condition and beautiful, next time I'd buy them in advance or even 15 days before.
