Unfortunately, the package was significantly delayed, and I was touched by your offer to refund the order for the inconvenience caused. A refund that I did not request because you are absolutely not responsible for a delivery service that, in this case, was pathetic. But that is not your fault. Thank you very much!

Very satisfied with the labels, I have been ordering them for several years for the back-to-school season.
A lot of difficulty detaching the labels this year. They are of good quality apart from this problem which still makes you lose considerable time.

I am particularly disappointed with this last order. Indeed, I had ordered it last year and the labels held well with the iron, but these ones stick directly and even after 24 hours, they come off easily... I really wanted the ones that can be ironed on. They hold and adhere to the clothing. So, I had to use the stamp I had... much less fun and pretty... What a shame...
