I don't know how they ask for my opinion if after 21 days I still haven't received my order. If the opinion is about the experience, I can't give less stars. Are you kidding me? They send me an email to give my opinion and I have written them 3 times to get my money back because the order never arrived and they haven't even bothered to answer me !!!! I have also called an average of 20 times to the number they have in Spain and only an automatic operator answers saying they are not available (at any time any day of the week really??).
