The letter carrier supposedly couldn't find my address, so when I returned the labels, instead of just putting them out for destruction, someone contacted me to check my address and send the labels back. I think that's great. Thank you very much. I'm delighted with the result, they're good quality (at my son's school they supplied us with another brand and the quality was nothing like it). Nice product, the labels are high-quality, wash-resistant and the design is attractive. The only drawback is that the iron-on labels come off a little when in use. But they're easy to put back on. What disappointed me was that they were sent in a classic paper envelope, and on the day they were delivered, it was raining heavily. Part of the notebook was warped. The labels weren't too badly damaged, but it's a shame for a product like this not to have protection.
