Parcel not arrived
A few of the stickers that stick directly to the labels on the clothes will come off in the washing machine and dryer. The same with the ones that stick on using the heat of the iron. We have used about 40 of them and a couple of each type have come off.
I bought the labels for my first baby a few years ago...and now that my second baby has started daycare I bought them for him too! They are practical and durable--I highly recommend them!

Hello, I had a problem with my third order because the labels did not stick well. After contacting PetitFernand I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. They handled my complaint with care and seriousness... they guided me on how to solve the incident and the damaged ones were replaced. Although sometimes things don't work out right the first time, you can tell that they are a great company because of their professionalism, management and good customer service.
