I ordered on Monday. I was told that my order would be sent within 24 hours, but on Wednesday I still hadn't received an email. So I went to my order space. The order was cancelled. I check my bank account, debited for the order! I send you an e-mail and they tell me the order hasn't been paid. Although it is advertised that the labels are printed and dispatched within 48 hours, my order was only processed after 4 days and I only received the labels after 10 days. Customer service was useless. I will not be ordering from here again.

Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our goods are produced in Bordeaux within 48 hours and are sorted and packed by hand. We then hand over the labels to the post office. ?? Delivery usually takes 2-8 working days as the goods come from France. The delivery time is therefore the decisive factor and sometimes it can take a few days longer despite priority/airmail rates. But we produce everything by hand ???? and with heart ?? on site so that your children can enjoy the beautiful labels ? Unfortunately, we in customer service cannot do anything outside the regular delivery times of the post office, but we will be happy to come to you with personal solutions in the event of parcel loss ?
