Unfortunately, on the personalized water bottle I ordered for my son, the name is not spelled correctly. After my initial contact I was told that the name was printed based on what I had entered when I placed the order. Confident that I had entered the name correctly I check the email of the order, download the photo and, as proof of my assertion, attach it to the new email I send, certain of a response in which, unable to deny the evidence, I would be offered a solution since, I repeat, it was clear that the error was not mine but that of petit fernand who had mistakenly printed the name. Again I am answered that orders are not changed by them, ignoring the evidence of my correct order demonstrated by the photo. Conversely, I have not received any evidence to show that the error was my fault. Too bad, the products are good, I had in the past ordered several labels for my children and always had a good time. I expected from a serious company that they would at least acknowledge the error as I demonstrated

Really lovely designs and great value

Easy to order, came prompt.

It's the first time ordering these and they are lovely. Come in a little cheque book style wallet with stickers which my daughter wanted to use immediately.

Only shipping a little slow; the rest flawless and durable

I've loved it from the start, it's very practical and still very fast. The only small piece of advice would be to be careful, lately some self-adhesive labels have trouble detaching from the backing because they're not pre-cut enough, but that's okay, I insist a little and I manage?

Fast and efficient! I needed these labels quickly, I had less than expected, I wrote it in comments, order placed the evening relatively late, order shipped the next morning ... Royal! It really touched me and helped me a lot! What's more, the gourd was superbly packaged and the little stickers for the kids! Thank you, I recommend without hesitation!

I have purchased on several occasions and the products are of high quality and very nice. But in the last purchase, after an unforeseen delay in the delivery of my package (exceeding the days provided in the conditions of sale), they took care to answer my emails and compensate for the delay with a replacement product. I love Petit Fernand! The service is amazing, the website is easy to use and the stickers always arrive so quickly. And the quality is excellent. The stickers are colourful and fun as well as being so easy to apply. The labels stay on wash after wash, and then when I want to remove a label (if the clothes are being passed on or passed down), even after several years, they come off easily with no mess! I will be ordering these again, every time I need a top up for my little ones' clothes.

Fast and well made

I waited 27 days but the product never arrived. I am putting 4 stars because I was refunded and the customer service was fast and helpful.

The delivery was very quick and the personalized lunch boxes look great. They also offer plenty of space and are very robust and well made. They were not only well received as a gift for the start of nursery school. We also ordered one for our daughter and are very excited about the cute and great design.

The goods did not arrive but they provided by reshipping the contents. Absolutely a serious company, I have come to my senses.

I can't seem to unclip the cap for easy cleaning as shown in the video. Otherwise, the products are very good.
