I placed my order on 4th Sept (it's now 2nd Oct) and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been emailing my concerns only to receive repetitive replies of the same email stating that my order is on its way and should be with me within 10days of ordering. Every time I ask for a refund my emails are ignored. The telephone number given for customer service doesn't seem to work, it goes straight to voicemail and I'm still to receive a call back. I'm very dissatisfied & frustrated đ

I have placed at least a dozen orders. The labels are outstanding and recommended but on shipping time we just don't get it. I have been waiting for a month for the envelope with my last order and by this time school has already started. You cannot entrust a shipment to the postal service without being able to track it.

I still haven't received my order and it's been almost a month. They answer you with an automatic reply and after much insistence. From what I read this is a common practice. Many of the orders do not arrive and then you have to waste a thousand hours to claim it. They should consider changing their shipping method if they have so many problems and stop treating customers like this.
