The items (personalized mugs) are very nice. The shipping however, poor. It took 15 days.

This is the first time I've ordered anything other than labels. My order was sent in several shipments, so far no worries, but I found out when I opened the package that was supposed to contain my order. So a little lack of information on shipping and tracking (I had to ask for my parcel number 2 times to get it... ) .
