Hello, the problem is that their customer service doesn't communicate with the production department! In fact, when an order is modified, they don't take it into account !!!! Lack of professionalism and customer care, they should question themselves but I think this is not the spirit of the company, they must make numbers anyway!!!! I won't praise them...

The quality looks good (after all, I don't have the benefit of hindsight, so I don't know how it will evolve over time) but I don't like the opening system for the bottles and cans, I think it's not easy for a young child and it's not hygienic to have to open with your fingers... I didn't see it before ordering. I don't know if it's me who didn't find it, but I think it's not described on the site. Delivery is very fast. And the designs and personalization appeal to children.

Very happy with the products. We have already bought a similar bottle. What we would like is an improvement in the quality of the stopper and a more ecological stopper. The stoppers are not strong, if they fall once they break. We would also like there to be a service where we could return the old bottles and repair them, repaint them in an environmentally friendly way.

The products and packaging were perfect, the only problem was the time it took to receive them, which took a good week. Of course, I don't hold this against you, as you're not in control of the delivery service.
