Gourd received with marks (28), the system came out of the stopper, I recommended a stopper at 8 minimum order price 9 so I took labels in addition to the final 14 order,,, I contacted via the site, by mail and finally by Facebook no response was sent to me to share my concerns, product not nickel and SAV zero, really very disappointed.

The deadlines were not met. On the website, the delivery time was 48 hours. Order received more than 10 days later. I had to buy from another site to meet my urgent need. Very dissatisfied. I placed an order (labels for my son's kindergarten) from this site that after a full 19 days, 13 of which are working days, it still has not arrived!!! The support can only answer that it is not their problem, to be patient. I still have no idea when my order will arrive. My opinion is one star and because there is no 0. I placed my order on September 2 which was charged immediately. On the 4th they sent me an email confirming that the order had been placed and that within 2 to 10 days I would receive it. Well, to date I have not received my order. I contacted them via email and my surprise is that they send me an email like a robot asking me if the address is correct. I resend them the email and there is no answer, I contact them again and they send me the same email again saying the same thing. I call customer service in Spain and they speak in French. No tracking of the package or anything, not even a simple mail number to contact them and get information. I would like a solution please.
