Order not received 2 stars because I placed my order on 06/08. On 07/08 I was informed by e-mail that it had been dispatched........ My children left for camp on 16/08 and I still hadn't received my self-adhesive labels. I had to buy iron-on labels in a shop and pay again! When I called I was told that I had to be patient as my order would arrive ........10 days by post for Bordeaux - Paris! Disappointed with my purchase.

The first order went well, and I received the labels within 48 hours. Now that I live abroad, a short trip to France is all it takes to get my order delivered! This year, my August 1st order hasn't arrived to date, so I've been waiting 17 days... It's a pity I can't contact you by phone if I live in a country where some French sites don't deliver at all, so it's difficult to cancel or understand the problem. I have purchased labels for all different uses many times over the past 3 years, and I have found the quality gradually deteriorating. In particular, the durability of the thermoadhesive applied labels has significantly decreased, and already by the second wash they begin to peel off the fabric. Even the labels to be applied in the shoes come off after a while, which did not happen before even after washing in the washing machine. The aesthetics always have high standards, and this allows the product to maintain at least an acceptable rating.

The stickers arrived at home quite quickly and were also clearly stapled together in a small booklet. Unfortunately, however, the color on some of the stickers was not printed correctly and evenly; there are streaks on them. This can of course happen during printing, but it still doesn't look very nice. The instructions also state that you should use a transparent protective film to stick the stickers on the shoes. This is not included in the booklet and I have still not received an answer to my question by e-mail to the customer center. In my opinion, not very good customer service and therefore only three stars!

80% of labels not conforming to validated visuals. Disappointing, since our name is not clearly legible and, as a result, I'm not going to use them. The after-sales service only offered a commercial gesture rather than remake them. I will not use this service again. The service response below is not correct. What I validated before payment was the same writing except that when printing you put a different weight which changes the space between the letters. Please show some good faith or learn the basics of typographical rules!

I find it a delay that my order has to be returned for "incorrect address" when the address is correct. The normal thing to do is to contact the recipient before making a return, especially when it is long distance. Maybe this is a problem to be solved with the courier company? Also, it was not possible for me to use a discount code, it gave me an error. As for the ordered material, I am counting on it to be good and very nice, I have not seen it yet (and what I have left...), I already ordered some labels a couple of years ago and they arrived with excellent presentation and very nice.

Speed is a good thing, but too much speed can also be a drawback: you can't change the order quantity because the e-mail sent the same day was processed after the order was placed... so you're more expensive than your French competitor...too bad.
