Very pretty labels, too bad the die-cuts weren't made properly, so some labels were ripped while trying to peel them off.
Very fast delivery ...but some stickers come off in the machine...

Absolutely fantastic product. The labels come in their own little booklet so they don't get lost, they have instructions and some paper to use when ironing the labels on. I couldn't have been more impressed with the timely delivery and the product. I won't go anywhere else for school name labels!

The labels come off easily. I ironed them as the instructions said, but they pop right off. 🙁 A pity because they are beautiful. I will not put any more of your labels, I will buy from another company. Very disappointed, after more than 1 month waiting, the result was not good.

I tried in vain to place an order on your site during the last week of November in order to benefit from the code for the 2nd lunchbox at 50% off. It didn't work and I reported it to customer service. So I paid the full price, and was disgusted when I saw that the following week you were offering these boxes at 16.50 instead of 22. Customer service should have informed me, that would have been nicer. As a result, I would no longer recommend this site.
