In view of the size of my order (75), a commercial gesture would not have been out of place, but the response from the sales department did not express any desire to do so, a real shame.

I find the quality average and not as good as two years ago. Same product bought two years apart, the label is badly stuck (personalized lunch box). I once ordered the stickers (kindergarten and school set) which unfortunately did not arrive with the other items. However, I was assured that they would be sent later! The lunch box was unfortunately not so nicely glued to the lid. However, I was also assured that a new lid would be sent! The design of the bottle is great but a bit difficult for my almost 3-year-old daughter to open! The layout of the lunch box is great and the print is unfortunately a bit pale (contrary to my expectations)! I'm looking forward to the stickers and the replacement lid!
