In itself, the idea of personalized gifts is great and the design of the products on the website is easy to use. But unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the quality of one product! The drinking bottle is fine and I would recommend it. I don't like the lunch box at all. The color is very different and the printed foil has air bubbles, which makes me doubt the durability.

Delivery time not respected. Despite calls and emails. I had to run to the stores at the last minute to find the same kind of product, and again I had to write my daughter's name by hand.
