I was a little disappointed by the size of the labels, which were too big. I took the ones for school things like pens, scissors and so on, and I had to cut some of them to be able to stick them on. I'm a bit worried that the labels will come off quickly, unlike others I bought last year, so I'll have to wait and see.

The labels are of good quality, shipping is fairly fast and customer service is friendly. On the other hand, on the site there's a menu for asking for help where it says you can modify an online order - change the product quantity, for example - but customer service confirmed that this isn't possible. So why create the illusion that you can? Otherwise, everything else is fine.
