I placed the order but immediately realized I had made a mistake and emailed customer service asking if they could fix it. I received an email telling me that they would change my order. The "corrected" order arrived a week late but it arrived. Satisfied.
Quality has gone downhill in the last 2 years. Despite following the instructions for applying the labels, they peel off after 3-4 machine washes.
