The labels are beautiful and trendy! However, I don't find the bottle at all ergonomic for a kindergartner. The cap is difficult to open and close. The system for releasing the pipette to drink is not functional. And finally, the cap is not easy to screw back on. So there's a risk of leakage if my child wants to fill it on his own.

I bought the personalized bottle for my 2 year old daughter for when she starts school in September. The bottle is beautiful but the spout and cap are very hard and do not allow her to use the bottle without adult assistance; I was a little disappointed in that aspect because it is all about empowering the child's independence, and it seems to me that she is not going to be able to use it on her own yet.

Wrong color produced. The labels are good so far, but one color was displayed on the screen which was delivered in a different color. When I asked customer service, they told me that there was nothing they could do. Then you should either create a category for the color that distinguishes blue and green or make a unique label on the colors. No goodwill from the "service" Too bad I would have liked to order more from the KITA. But since it's "my own fault" I won't be offering them, what a shame.
