Excellent products and quick delivery! I've used the various labels for my daughter's school items for nearly a year now and the oldest ones are still staying strong. I'm disappointed. With my shoe labels, I didn't get the transparent protection that goes on them. I sent an e-mail in reply and was asked once again to explain what was wrong. I think that when you work in a company you have to know the products. I've been a customer of yours for some time and I don't think I'll be one for long, nor will I be recommending you to my friends and family;
