I ordered some new stick-on clothing labels but two weeks later the order still did not arrive. It took several emails to get any response from Petit Fernand. They eventually sent a replacement order that arrived almost a month from the date I ordered. This wasn't my first order so I was surprised (and disappointed) that the labels were suddenly glossy and not matt like they were before. Not a deal breaker, just visually the previous ones were nicer. What I really don't like this time round though is that all the stickers are very hard to remove from the paper and then some of them peel off with the transparent top layer from a neighbouring sticker!

I have ordered the thermoadhesive labels several times. They have always arrived on time and are of excellent quality. After multiple washes they are still as good as new.

The snack box is very pretty but a little imposing for a simple snack. As a bento, it's perfect!

I am really super super happy and satisfied with these stickers. I bought in September before school started stickers x non-ironing clothes for my two babies and I must say that unlike others already tried in the past these are good and durable they don't come off in over time or with wear and tear. I ordered 10 days ago some more. I highly recommend them!!!!

I purchased the Thermoadhesive labels to put the names of my baby who attends daycare. Great product and easy to apply, (I apply them with hair straightener) I washed the little clothes at 50°, the product withstood the wash, quietly. I am very satisfied with it!

I really like the design that you can create yourself. Unfortunately, the stickers were difficult to remove from the paper. After the 2nd wash I had some stickers in the washing machine. So unfortunately we won't be ordering this product again.

These are easy to order and customisable but the iron on labels don't work at all!! I tired them on the clothing direct (as instructed) and the tags. They were better on the tags but still come off after a few washes. i contacted customer service but they were very unhelpful.
