Love that I have a name sticker that I don't need to iron on AND can still be washed. Some lovely modern options for different colour and icons too.

Lunch boxes are a real bomb! This is the first lunch box that continent the cooler tablet! The design is really gorgeous and the girls are so happy that they are personalized... the click closure is very convenient and also the size of the container : perfect for snacks and lunch !

The material ordered arrived in great condition, the only problem is the shipping via postal service. I never got the postal notice and if it wasn't for me tracking the package I would have never gotten the arrival notification.

Lovely stickers - super cute. Fix on and stay on through the wash for ages. Kids usually grow out before they come off.

Good afternoon... A few months ago I bought a personalized water bottle...for my daughter (important), I received 2000589061, order 2000707142, a few days ago I have started to use it and I have noticed that a few hours after containing the water, it smells musty, wet, my question...what kind of steel used to make these bottles?...I do not think it is normal to smell like that...I do not think that steel meets the conditions to contain drinking water, or other liquids that are to consume.... I remember that I waited a long time for the shipment to arrive, that I claimed it at the time and now this happens...it was 28 euros between expenses and price of the flask...I ask for my money back, thank you...I am waiting for a reply.

Horrible problem solver. I ordered labels and another item. I did not receive it in 2 attempts to ship it and they did not follow up on any of them. It's a lie about priority shipping because if so they will let you know that it is going to arrive or they would have control...their response? That they cannot control the incidences. After weeks of waiting in the 2nd attempt knowing that I had already claimed neither did different shipping with tracking and when I claim at least the shipping costs they tell me that they also lose. We go nefarious management, did not ask did not control and after 2 months of waiting almost their solution was to remove me from the middle ... return the money and goodbye. So I did ... and in less than 1 week I had better stickers for clothes in my house with real priority shipping. I had not tried stickers but now I compare and better quality presentation and shipping service.

This is the second set of stickers I have ordered. They are brilliant! Dishwasher safe and they cannot be peeled off. Brilliant for keeping stationery safe at school!

By myself & my daughter love these name labels! It was fab that I could choose a different design, colour & font on each label. They arrived quickly & in a little booklet so they can't get lost! Only ordered a small selection of labels (clothes, iron on, shoe & item) as wasn't sure what they would be like but will definitely be ordering more ??

Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review. The water bottle itself is very nice and well made but using it is really difficult. My daughter, who is almost 5 years old, cannot even open the outer cap, let alone turn the safety valve. You have to exert a lot of force and it is already difficult for an adult. I had already written an email explaining the problem and asking if I could change the product, perhaps to the can, which is perhaps easier to open; but the response was that for safety and to avoid drips, the opening has to be that way. Too bad there is neither a photo nor a video on the website, however, where you can see the type of opening; they should say explicitly that the use is not suitable for children! It is really a pity, I spent money unnecessarily.

Order placed at the end of August, received on October 30th! I had to make several complaints, even "get angry", for them to deign to reply to my numerous emails... And not even a small commercial gesture! It's a real shame, because the labels are so pretty, but I'm sure that for my son's next school year, I'll go to another site.
