I have ordered labels for both clothes and items before and confirm the quality of the products! My last order did not arrive but everything was sent back to me at their expense!

Second year and very well. The delivery was a disaster because correos España returned the package. I contacted them and they sent me the labels again, a thermos I ordered they told me it would arrive later because they were out of stock, and so it was with the labels of the first order. Great customer service

Fast and very good products

The personalized gourd is very pretty and solid, but I find the opening system very complicated for a child, whether it's the inner or outer cap. I was also disappointed with the delivery times, because after a few days, when I didn't see the parcel arrive, I contacted customer service and that's when I learned that the parcel had been mislaid. I would have preferred to have been informed beforehand rather than following my call. I would also have appreciated it if they had offered a commercial gesture without my having to ask for it...the delivery costs were offered to me but I must admit that I would have appreciated a more substantial gesture knowing that it was for a birthday present and that of course it didn't arrive in time.

A crazy time to be delivered! When I placed my order, the product was out of stock and I was not informed. After many attempts to contact you by messenger with no response from you (although you announce a very quick response) I finally phoned to find out what was happening with my order! In the end, you replied to my request on Messenger after several days, even though I'd been trying to get my answer myself for a long time, as if there was no communication between team members...

I made several purchases on c-monétiquette.fr and overall I am very satisfied with my purchases. The labels are very pretty. As for the flask, it's very resistant despite the "schoolbag throws". The pencil cases and bags are also hard-wearing (although beware of machine washing). What's more, we have a choice of different models, so the children can choose the whole package (model, typeface, typeface color, etc.). And all at a reasonable price.

The labels are beautiful and conform to the order. In addition, the quantity will allow us to use them for school in a few years.

They're a bit heavy, but great fun. The downside is that my 3 and 5 year olds, for whom I bought them, can't open them, as the cap requires too much force. Result: an expensive purchase to stay at home. Very disappointed.

I ordered isothermal water bottles for my boys at the beginning of September. 4 weeks later, no news of my order. I called the after-sales service and was told that they were waiting for delivery, which would take place the following week. My complaint is that I was not informed of the delay in manufacturing the order. Over a month to receive my water bottles.

Very disappointed by this bottle. I bought one for my son and one for my daughter and after a month of school the stopper is already broken. The water flows anywhere and leaks.

I feel sorry for you because I have been buying these labels for 4 years and they have always been great but I don't know why this last purchase is so bad. They have all peeled off in the first wash or even before washing. The quality has gone down a lot.

I'm a bit disappointed with the quality of the bottle caps. I bought extra ones because the anti-leak system broke quickly. I ordered extra blue caps and the first one doesn't even close... frankly, I'm very disappointed.

I'm very disappointed with these iron-on labels. I bought them thinking they'd hold up better than the self-adhesive ones, but after two or three washes, they come off one after the other. I don't understand it, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. Unfortunately I can't recommend this brand.

I like the number of designs you can choose from, but the experience of use has not been entirely satisfactory, as the heat adhesive labels have not adhered as I expected. On some garments it holds longer, but on some it peels off before the first wash.

The product itself is very good but the name written on it is very small, I think it's a shame.

Buy a nursery pack. The object labels and the ones that stick on the labels are fine for the moment, but the ones that stick on with the iron, in the first wash or even from the use, come off.
