The after-sales service is ultra responsive! I ordered labels, and when I didn't receive them after 10 days, I called customer service, who answered immediately (no waiting) and told me "yes, that's not normal, the envelope must have got lost, I'll print them out and send them back to you right away, they did arrive 3 (working) days later".
