Incomplete order

Order received quickly. The labels are very nice, but I'm extremely disappointed with the iron-on labels, which don't hold up at all. They fall off after the first few washes without a tumble dryer, so I can't even imagine with them. On the other hand, the stickers are fine.

The products appear to be of very good quality and the materials used look solid. The printing is very well done, sharp and precise. The colors are faithful to the images on the website.

I ordered a set of 50 adhesive labels for clothing from Esistmeines and stuck approx. 22 adhesive labels on items of clothing. When the clothes with the adhesive labels were washed once, 4 labels had come off even though the instructions for attaching them had been followed. Today another 2 labels have come off. The clothes were only washed at 30 degrees, never put in the dryer. I would give 5 stars out of 5 for the design, but only 1 star for the product quality.

I ordered iron-on labels and the water bottle for my 3 year old son, it's so practical, he loves his water bottle, and now that he's at school it's so much easier to find his things!

I was delighted with my purchase. Great labels, quality, well finished and with a sticker gift for the kids! I bought it for my little daughter and repeated with the second one, totally recommended! Very good customer service.

I placed an order on September 2, 2020. Unfortunately, I did not receive anything. Contacting support, they were very kind and had even assured a second shipment. But as of October 11, nothing has ever arrived unfortunately. CORRECTION FOLLOWING As per previous description, today 16/12/2020 although late, I received the order and it is excellent and according to expectations. I thank you from the bottom of my heart and at this point I am correcting myself from 1 star to 5 stars despite the delay. Was it worth the wait ?

Very poor quality of the iron-on labels. All fell off after the first wash. All the instructions were strictly followed, nevertheless, some of the labels didn't attach at all the rest got lost in the washing machine. The company refused to provide a refund, sent me new labels instead, but they were the same crap.

Jadore super practical, fast

The ink on one of the bottles "smudged" after the first wash. The labels are very difficult to remove from the supports. Especially those for clothing labels: the precutting is so badly done that I have to cut them out with scissors. I was totally satisfied with my previous orders. This is disappointing. It's a shame.

While the site indicates "shipped within 48h or 72h" (18/09) after 1 week I had not received any shipping email (25/09). I sent an e-mail (25/09) and 1 hour later my parcel was finally shipped (I wonder what would have happened if I hadn't sent it...). I needed some items for a specific date (29/09). SATURDAY 26/09 obviously nothing so I really freaked out. Luckily it arrived on 28/09, otherwise I'd have made quite a scandal...

UPDATE--The company proposed on its own initiative a new production and shipment of my order, which arrived after a few days. I was pleased with it. My advice remains to give the option of traceable shipping to those who want it, so that they do not then have these problems. Those who want free shipping cannot dispute anything. I find it a solution that would bring everyone together. The first order placed exactly one year ago arrived quickly. Now I have placed another one and unfortunately nothing has arrived since September 18. I don't find it fair to not give the option to choose a traceable shipment even for labels. Now no one will refund me and I lost some money on them. I will do them again elsewhere

I placed an order on September 14, still today October 11 I have not received anything. Very bad service with no tracking number.... Basically money lost. I will not place any more orders on this site

My experience has been terrible, I have been waiting for my labels since September 23rd and no news of when they will arrive. A real joke.

Disappointed after having hoped so much to save time and make things clean, the iron-on labels peel off with each wash. A pity, because the design is very nice and the rest of the products are really top-notch: stickers, water bottle, etc.

I ordered a pack of labels (self-adhesive and iron-on). I'm pleased with the design and delivery time, but the quality of the iron-on labels is very poor. I have to re-glue them almost every time I put them in the washing machine. The self-adhesive labels hold up much better.

Great, it has the compartments I need and the cooler block works great for me. Too bad we all shopped around the same time to start school and I had several attempts to order the lunch boxes until they were in stock.

My personalized pouch is very beautiful but 1 month after my order still not received my labels, I sent 3 mail no answer just an automatic mail. Very disappointed

I was told that delivery would take 48 hours, but I didn't receive my order until over a week later. Without being informed that there was a stock shortage, being notified by e-mail would have been nice! I had to send an e-mail myself to get the information.

Top-notch lunchbox!

Hi, I purchased a named water bottle for my 3 year old daughter. The product is really nice and above our expectations. Unfortunately, however, after a couple of weeks the water bottle fell out of my daughter's hands causing the tank cap to break and chipping the enamel at the base of the bottle (creating a huge upset for the little one who had been waiting for it every day and was proud of it). We contacted the company, who took an interest in our problem, sent them photos, and they were so apologetic because the product was supposed to be "shock proof," so it was most likely a manufacturing defect. Within a few days they sent us back a new water bottle. Therefore, I rate this company extremely serious and reliable, especially for our case that we encountered a problem and solved it. It can happen that "not all donuts come out with a hole"?

Great experience! The order was processed quickly and the items conformed to the order, nothing to say except that the quality of the service and the labels and water bottles are top notch! And with the promotion, I think the cost is reasonable, I sincerely recommend this site which is very reliable and offers a great service!

There is a leak in the cap of the isothermal gourd. Not very satisfied.

I ordered an isothermal can. It looks just like the picture. The only complaint is that the straw is far too short. As a result, it's impossible to consume the entire drink. But it's still a very nice drink.

Very disappointed because order placed on September 17 and not yet received on October 9. No letter or email warning of the delay in delivery. Bottles ordered for a birthday and not received for the occasion....
