Frankly, this is a lousy product with no appeal. I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. The problem is recurrent. The iron-on labels don't stick. It says in the guide that they are machine wash and tumble dry resistant. I received my batch of 100 labels a few weeks ago. I followed the procedure to the letter. Despite this, some labels are already starting to come off. Quite frankly, I've been ripped off. I'm not in the habit of expressing my dissatisfaction on the networks. But if this post can prevent other consumers from falling into this trap, so much the better. I'm furious

I was very attracted by the labels once I received them, I attached them to my child's outfits, and I was hugely disappointed.... the first time I washed them, I lost the label within a day. I was going to recommend them, so I'm really disappointed and will be going to another site. Too bad for them I won't be advertising!

I received the labels they shipped on September 28 after almost a month. The shipment was not traceable so I did not know who to contact. On October 6 I get an automated email back confirming that until October 13 there is nothing to do but wait. To review the choice of carrier or at any rate give the option to track the shipment and make temporary arrangements while waiting. Great customer service, but can't always handle it after the fact.

Normally you would have to deduct stars. Absolute rip-off. I ordered one of the personalized lunch boxes almost 5 weeks ago and paid directly. The promise was 48 hours. After 3 weeks still nothing came so I shouted to customer service and they said it would be sent again and again within 48 hours. Whereby she first wrote the labels. So the email wasn't even read properly. Unfortunately, everything was written very dubiously. Now another 1 1/2 weeks have passed and still no order in sight. That's almost 5 weeks now. Can't be right. I find it absolutely outrageous. I now want my money back and will order elsewhere.

Disappointing, all but two tags have remained on my children's clothes. The rest I found in the washing machine drum. I spoke to customer services and they asked for my order number even though it was at the top of the email and more photos, even though I sent one with one tag that was hanging off. Would not recommend, such a shame as I bought them years ago and they were brilliant. Definitely not worth the extra money.
