Super product that is sure to please

Despite my complaint, I still haven't received my parcel. With no reply, I am still waiting for a refund.

I bought personalized water bottles, very pretty but a little big in the bag.

Good quality products and very nice. On the other hand, processing the order took a long time. It says 48 to 72 hours and in this case it was more like a week. Fortunately, the products arrived on time.

I ordered labels and after washing them a few times they came unstuck. I contacted customer service who kindly sent me back some labels.

Wide choice of models.

Nice label, instructions easy enough to follow and they even supply the iron on cover-sheet... but after 1-3 washes they come off (approx 90% have now)...complete waste of money and time.

Been waiting over a week for the labels. No status yet as to whether they have been sent or not. When I want to log into my account, it just says that it is not valid, which I know for sure cannot be the case. If I go to forgotten password, I also get one for my email address, but if I enter it, it says that it is invalid. I wanted to contact customer service but that doesn't work. Unfortunately it was my first and last order. Money paid goods not yet received really bad.

Very satisfied with my order. Quality service and above all very serious.

Received quickly and good quality labels

Product received, very nice. However after two days of use, the first gourd fell by accident with my daughter there is a chip on the design. Second gourd, 2nd day my second daughter broke the lid of the stopper.... I'm rather disappointed that it's not that sturdy, considering that it's for children....

Delivery takes a bit longer than expected. But the labels are very good, both stick-on and iron-on. Much better than cheap alternatives. In my case one type was printed with a mix-up of font sizes, but after a couple of email exchanges Petit Fernand reprinted them correctly and resent them swiftly. Overall a very good experience and great product. I definitely recommend them!

Website super fun and easy, product confirms description. Very happy with the products. Only downside: delivery took a long time...

Overall, I'm satisfied with the items I've bought, the gourd is perfect. As for the labels, one has come off.

Self-adhesive clothing labels: good washability, a little difficult to catch from the tag.

I'm very pleased with the extra labels and stickers in the little notebook. However, I'm very disappointed with the little comforter bag, one wash and the writing and drawing have totally faded. After ten or so washes, I don't think we'll see much more.... a comforter bag is carried everywhere by the little ones and must be designed to withstand washing, especially with the virus at the moment.

They say that my order was shipped on September 12 and to this day it still hasn't arrived, I have contacted them by email twice but they don't give me solutions, I want my order or refund now. In the end I have had to write the name with permanent marker on the garments ??????? Very upset and disappointed

I've been a customer for 3 years now and I'm very satisfied with the products and the quality of the labels.... I haven't had any problems with labels coming off after repeated washing or on objects such as plastic cups that have been through the dishwasher several times!!!! Really top-notch!!!! ??

The self-adhesive labels have lost some of their quality compared with the previous year: - they are less resistant to repeated washing, - in the booklet, a plastic film has been added to each label sheet, so the labels are deformed because they are very difficult to remove (this wasn't the case before, and it was much easier!). I hope you'll come back to the old version, which was much more practical and qualitative - lack of novelties! The proposed images are still the same as last year, I'd like there to be more proposals (at least before each new school year it would be very appreciable) Thank you very much, have a nice day!

Delivery time 3 times longer than expected ... For a gift it is still very annoying, especially without any information before shipment.

The website claims dispatch in 48hours. My products were dispatched after 7 DAYS and arrived 2 weeks later. The labels were great.

The products are of good quality and delivered quickly. On the other hand, I think it's a shame that I wasn't able to take advantage of a discount that arrived by e-mail after I placed my order, because the products were out of stock. My order was placed 30 minutes after the discount e-mail was sent. And I didn't get a reply to my complaint e-mail.

The other day I gave 3stars....but I had to change my mind!!!!! They arrived on time!!I called to inquire and they were very helpful! The labels made really well!!!I will also order in the future...bravo!!!

Never disappointed, I've just ordered the lunchbox for my daughter, she's delighted and uses it every day for her school lunches.

For my part, I bought labels for clothes and a personalized water bottle. Everything is top notch, my daughter loves her water bottle and the labels are great, they hold very well on clothes.

I took self-adhesive labels, even after several washes the labels stay in place! I recommend ??

I thought the personalized text was larger: it gets a little lost in the kit's motifs And delivery times are extremely long
