Frankly, I was very disappointed, even though I was very interested in this promising brand. Very late receipt of items, no information, automatic email response, always the same and misleading, no response on social networks to finally discuss with other customers who are in the same expectation or worse! The quality of cotton bags is limited ... in short I did not expect. The seriousness is lost I take the time to say when it goes wrong but also when it goes well.
Too bad delivery took so long! Otherwise very pretty kit.
I find the presentation of the labels in booklet form very practical. The rendering corresponds to what I had visualized on the site. The self-adhesive and iron-on labels adhere well to the fabric and don't come off in the first wash.

Order received after 3 weeks of waiting. I wrote several times to the customer service and only got automatic replies. I'm usually very satisfied, but this time I was really disappointed.
Hello, the stickers are very difficult to remove and tear.
1 month delay for a back-to-school order, even though it is stipulated in the GTC that orders are dispatched within 48 hours. On the same day (3 weeks later), we were told that the order had been dispatched, and 1 hour later a second one told us that the order was being manufactured. It took 3 emails and a threatening email taking back the GTCs to see the order dispatched on the same day as this email. That's 3 weeks after the start of the new school year! To be avoided, blatant lack of seriousness

Iron-on labels come off in the first wash, but I've applied the rule for gluing them.

Come off once washed. Had the iron on ones, they do not stick properly and have had to repeatedly add new ones after every wash
The items offered are of good quality, in line with my choices. On the other hand, I'm very disappointed with the service itself: the order took over 3 weeks to be delivered, and was cancelled twice without reason, but then charged. All because of an out-of-stock item, I was told, after several reminders, without it ever being recorded in my customer area. What a shame.
I've used the clothing and item stickers last year and they were great, but the new clothing stickers I bought that year don't stay on the clothing, I've had to replace several because they had peeled off.
Despite the lovely labels and fast delivery, I'm rather disappointed with the quality of the product. The iron-on labels peel off very easily, even though I followed the instructions to the letter. The object labels come off too, or you have to put a layer of tape over them. I finally bought myself a permanent marker, which is ugly but holds better. It's a shame, because the website is well designed, intuitive and easy to use, and the prices are in line with the competition, so they're fair from the outset.

Top product design and presentation, but the problem is that the labels to be stuck on the clothes with the iron don't hold and have to be re-sticked regularly, all without steam, so not with a steam unit, and when it's the only iron in the house, it's a bit complicated!
The products are magnificent and very well made. Quality beyond reproach! Plus for shipping. The parcels are very well prepared and the little monster on the package is very cool ;D
Very happy with the labels
Order placed but no news. I was the one who asked about the status of my order several times. I would have appreciated it if someone had told me right away that my order would not be delivered on time. I had to come back to you several times. I was told on August 28th that my order would leave within 48 hours and on September 1st I was told that it still hadn't left. Contradictory replies 3 days apart. I'm not disappointed by the labels I received, but by the quality of the way my order was handled.

I'm used to ordering my labels every back-to-school season, but this year I'm very disappointed: the sticky clothing labels didn't stand up to the washing machine and they're all gone!

Update: although the labels were faulty, I received a replacement immediately after complaining to customer service. Really great, great customer service! I have ordered labels several times and have always been very satisfied. Good quality labels, cute design, great customer service. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the last labels I received. There seems to be a new coating so that the labels are very difficult to remove from the booklet. Usually it only works after some fiddling and with the result that the label is then creased and/or damaged. Annoying and doesn't look nice.
The products are fine, but the delivery time is much longer than advertised. I was very disappointed to receive my order almost 3 weeks after the start of the school year when I was counting on it.
