So far I haven't received my order and after a reply from the after-sales service saying it would arrive before March 1st, it's now the 3rd and still nothing. It is nefarious your page you advertise free shipping when then you send it to a point pack does not arrive home on top they lost my labels do not solve anything. And when they try to see their mistake they make it again sending it to another point to go pick it up when you should send it directly to the mailbox at home is supposed purchases over 20€ is free but not one leaves 24€ and what I get is to go pick it up where they say I do not think I will stop buying from them and recommend them.

I ordered what I thought were stickers for clothing. They took a long time to arrive, were too big to fit on clothing labels and when they came unstuck from clothing labels after one wash, I contacted the company to complain. They requested a photograph which I sent and they did not respond. When I chased this up they said that I had bought the wrong stickers - stickers intended for objects. I would never knowingly have spent £12 on stickers for objects. The inside cover of the booklet doesn't mention stickers for objects - only stickers for clothes. The customer service person acknowledged how confusing the website was but did not replace the order with clothing stickers. They offered a 20% off code instead. I don't think this is adequate. I note that the website is now clearer about labels for objects vs clothing and that a banner at the top states delivery is delayed. I will not be using this company again when faster delivery, better value stickers that actually stick and are clearly marketed are available from other companies.

I have been buying labels from Petit Fernand for at least 5 years. Sometimes the order arrives longer than the guaranteed delivery time, but this time I needed the labels for my son's birthday so I paid extra to make sure they arrived on time. Unfortunately, they arrived 4 days late. I didn't even pick them up at the depot. Petit Fernand refunded me the extra shipping costs, but I followed the delivery time and the product was just shipped late. I should have received a refund for the labels as well. Too bad. The product is always beautiful and useful, but this happening created for me.

They sent me someone else's stickers. The replacement ones seem fine but they arrived about 3 weeks after I ordered them. I needed them for a children's camp and they didn't arrive in time. I would not expect a small simple order to take 3 weeks. Polite customer service but no refund or discount was offered. Dissatisfied customer.
