The water bottles are nice, however, 2 days after receipt, the label with my daughter's name is already peeling off!

The design is very nice but, the first thermal bottle I bought broke the cap and when I asked for another, the water spills out and cannot be sucked properly

This is my 3rd order but this time the result is not satisfactory at all... It looks like the ink has smudged on the labels giving a very unclear result for the inscription. Moreover, this time I did not receive the small sheet that is used for the heat transfer labels in my notebook...

I ordered several labels for clothing, for shoes and objects. I received the first notebook in 2 or 3 days, then the others 10 days later... too late... We had to order from another site to receive the labels we needed on time. I will see about the adhesive labels (first name written very small), I have never experimented. Have a good evening

I did not receive the labels on the scheduled date but a week later. My daughter had already left for camp.
This is not the first time I place an order... but this time almost half of the labels came off after the first wash (cold water). Very disappointed with the quality this time.

The labels, very good as always. This is the sixth or seventh order I have made for labels for clothes, objects, and shoes for 3 children. The problem has been that this year for the first time I was forced to take 30 clothing labels and 20 object labels, increasing the expense to more than 50€. Other times I was allowed to take 10 at a time and I spent a more reasonable amount, between 20 and 30 €. I did not like this change in policy from Petit Fernand.

These stickers keep coming off the clothes when they are in the washing machine. I feel like this definitely defeats the point of buying the stickers! I feel like ive wasted money sadly.

TB birth pack but I also ordered labels to put on markers for school and they are way too big. However, the photo shown during the order design matched my expectations.

Some of the stickers came off in the wash but some did stay on. Cute little labels don’t think would order again but they work for now.

I ordered for the 3rd time! The 1st time the delivery came after 10 days, the 2nd time last year I already had to complain, it came after about 3 weeks and this time it didn't arrive at all! I got my money back immediately! I also conducted a user survey, it seems it didn't arrive!?? I am disappointed with the iron-on labels, they peel off and do not stick, I end up with clothes without labels since there are not enough adhesive labels in the nursery pack. Unfortunately, I do not recommend it.

Fast shipping and labels conforming to the order, however, the envelope tore and the notebooks arrived in a LaPoste packet. The envelope was clearly not suitable for the purchase, more precautions should be taken regarding the packaging.

The customisation and designs are nice but despite following the iron-on instructions carefully (and having used iron-on techniques in the past), disappointingly these have started to unstick after only a couple of washes at 40 degrees. I won’t be purchasing these again,
