Aesthetically beautiful but unfortunately carrying it around with the eventuality that you might spill it leaks water.
Order never collected
Very disappointed with this site... Order placed on August 9th and still not received! I sent several emails which were answered promptly, but despite sending another one a week ago, I still haven't received anything... As school starts on Monday, we had to make our own labels at the last minute! Too bad, I had already ordered from this site and was very satisfied...

Very disappointed this year. The labels are much more difficult to remove from the boards than in previous years. The labels get damaged or even torn when you try to remove them from the board, which prevents them from adhering properly to the garments.
A real disaster. My order never arrived, they told me in customer service that they would send it again and it never arrived for the second time and they don't even know where it is. Still waiting for my money back.
I still have received order and was shipped out another one and that still haven't arrived it's been a month since my order
My order went well, I received my labels they are very pretty I stick them with my iron on my son's clothes for back to school respecting the degree and time of application, Unfortunately after a wash the labels peel off and I am very disappointed.

I'm surprised by all the positive comments about the labels... First wash, I found two at the bottom of the machine despite having followed the instructions perfectly... Extremely disappointed.
Error in ordering the labels. I was sent an earlier model than the one ordered this year + there is another error and in one of the notebooks with labels belonging to another name mixed with those of my children. I'm very disappointed
The font is very small We end up with a name that is tiny in relation to the size of the label. According to the visual on the screen when ordering, it was proportional. Disappointed for a 1st order. I hadn't had this problem with another site.

I spent a long time choosing from the sticker suppliers and decided on Esistmeins. I stuck the stickers on the clothes according to the instructions. After I washed the clothes at a water temperature of 40 degrees, absolutely all the stickers were stuck and remained in the washing machine. I am very disappointed with the quality and the time lost.
I was basically very happy with the labels, beautiful design, in booklet form with application explanations for each type of label. Easy to apply. Unfortunately, the first time I washed them at 30 degrees, after waiting a week after application to make sure they had set properly, everything had come off. I'm very disappointed, I didn't buy these labels so that I'd have to reapply them every time I washed my child's clothes.

Hi I still haven't received my order. First time it's been send seemed it got lost then contacted customer service and been told that it's been send again. Still haven't received it after a month. Don't know if it's problem with delivery service or with what byy it order haven't arrived

Last year I ordered them and I wasn't too happy either, but I was going on vacation and I wanted to leave it comorado. I paid for it to be express and it did not arrive on time, as I needed, the 48h were not met. Also, they arrived with a number instead of the text, it must be that they got it wrong and it was in the confirmation order, but I think they will do it people, it would help if they made sure that the order was the correct one. It is very obvious that it was wrong. Too bad. I'll look for another page for the next time, of course.

Late delivery, products received after the event, no longer needed
Ordered on August 14 for back-to-school. Today is August 24 and I still don't have the labels for the start of the school year on Monday. The delivery tracking only gives partial information (arrival in the destination country?), it still doesn't say when they will arrive. I'm very disappointed. I won't be ordering again. I wanted to change for this year, it was a mistake.
The order never arrived. I notified customer service who told me that I had to wait for a specific date to request the return (August 9th). Once the 9th arrived, they told me that the waiting date was August 1st. Therefore, I did not understand why they made me wait until the 9th to be able to claim.
It's been almost three weeks since the order was placed and we still haven't received the labels. In the meantime, the children have already gone back to school and it's impossible to label their things... When contacted, customer service refused to offer a satisfactory solution to the loss of the first delivery, refusing to make a second express delivery which would have enabled us to have the labels before the start of the new school year, and only offering a second conventional delivery which, obviously, also seems to have been lost en route. We're very disappointed.
