I placed a back-to-school order for the children. It took 10 days for delivery, but I still hadn't received it, so I sent an e-mail. An automatic reply was sent to me at first, giving me 2 options. I chose to return my order. Then another e-mail telling me that my order had left and to wait. But there's still no news of it and no reply from you informing me of the progress of my claim. 48h production time is a lie. I kindly let the weekend pass and then asked about it. Automated answer that there was just a lot of orders and a direct one that the stickers had already been sent. Should wait 10 days, if nothing is there yet, contact me again. 8 days later, I received an automated email saying that the stickers had now been dispatched. 13 days after ordering, the labels arrived. Addendum: The response from es ist meins is kind of cheeky. When I asked, I received an automatic reply that there was a lot going on at the moment and a direct reply that my order was supposedly on its way. The info mail about the shipment came 11 days after ordering. The post office was quick. They didn't even need 48 hours.

Hello, the labels are beautiful and conform to my order. Except: I ordered labels for my 3 grandchildren born from my son and my daughter. I received a booklet for one of my son's children and a 2nd with the labels of one of my son's children and one of my daughter's children, attached together! How do you expect me to offer these labels torn from the booklet? Especially as one of the children won't be entitled to the stickers attached at the end of the booklet. Easy to navigate the site and customize products. The label colors are nice. The object labels are great, but I'd strongly advise against ordering the iron-on clothing labels. Unlike the labels I'd bought in previous years from another supplier (which weren't as pretty), the c-monetiquette labels peel off, I had to reinstall them 3 times and lost a lot of them in the wash. I had followed the instructions on heat and application time. In short, I wasted a lot of time getting ready for camp.
