I've been ordering for many years, but this year I'm disappointed. I had taken a flower model for my daughter. But the design remains on the backing and not on the label. too bad! Otherwise the quality is good

I'm not very happy with the quality of the labels and the fact that there are labels for clothes and objects. I usually buy from a competitor and we can all put them on fabric.

Very disappointed, the iron-on labels don't hold. Classical clothing labels too. I am very disappointed

The delivery time takes too long! It never arrives on time! The goods had already been sent for 2 weeks and once again the stickers didn't arrive on time for the start of school. The stickers are good, therefore 3 stars!

I love this stickers and use them every year for my kids school uniforms and school tools but this time stickers looks like not good cutted taking off from the paper is so difficult. I never had this problem before. So nit very happy either the last stickers .

The delivery was ok, didn't wait too long for a personalised item but when the item arrived it had a different name on it than what I ordered, my daughters name didn't arrive which is very disappointing as there was no time to have remade before she returned to school. I rang for a refund and received straight away so my stars are because of that

Quite disappointed by the labels to stick on clothes. They are very, very difficult to detach from the notebook and are systematically damaged. Otherwise, the iron-on ones and the ones for shoes are pretty good.

Fast service. Expensive stickers. The print is high quality but Already two of the stickers have come off in the wash.

I like the name stickers and the quality is also good. Unfortunately the delivery was a disaster. I waited almost 1 month for the delivery, therefore only 3 stars.

Delivery took quite a long time, approx. 11 days. The quality is good, but the name stickers are difficult to remove, which can be quite annoying if you have to stick a lot of things on.

Very pretty item, but it's a shame that the personalization is glued paper and not engraved.

Normal labels expensive for the number. No better quality than the ones you find in stores. They should be cheaper than the ones we use for clothes.

As the labels arrived 1 week after the start of the school year, despite what was announced on the website, they were useless.

Quick printing and shipping. Unfortunately part of my order was missing, but it was quickly reshipped to me. However, I also received someone else's order. I think it would be a good idea to pay more attention to checking orders before they are dispatched.

The gourd is very pretty, but the drawings don't hold, and after a week of schooling you can already see the missing parts.

The pack labels I ordered, there are some where there is only the name and not the first name on it.

Ordered on August 23, still no news.

They reimbursed me for the labels that never arrived but I would have expected them to work a little harder to retrieve them and get them to me! This is the second year I have been without them in September despite having ordered them in July! Let them change couriers! Never again.

I'm disappointed by the size of the lettering, which is too small on the square labels and doesn't match what the visual suggests.

The designs are great! But the stickers are so hard to get off the sheet. Great once in the clothes

Great products! a must-have for kids Too bad that for my last order the delivery time indicated was not respected, receiving the labels after the start of the school year is not ideal.

Too long to receive

Very pretty labels, arrived quickly, but quality to be reviewed despite the wait before wearing the clothes or shoes, from the first wash the labels come off I finish the packs but I don't think I'd recommend, shame.

The delivery was fast but the quality is unfortunately not there because after one day of use the first name is erased. A pity.

Beautiful designs. Various choices. Unfortunately poor resistance to washing (30*). Labels peel off too easily.

Disappointed with one of the bags in my order, it had black stains, like melted plastic... above the first name (personalized bag)

The quality of the stickers themselves are very high. They remain on the items well and always last the full accademic year. However they are really hard to peel off the sheets often bending corners and edges in the process. The perforations need to be deeper to allow the sticker to be removed cleanly.

Nice labels, but the latest version means you can only put one unique logo on all the labels. And in the pack, the number of object labels has been reduced to allow the addition of thermo-heating clothing labels. A pity.

The finish is perfect, but after one wash the labels came off the clothes. It's great for the rest.

The order arrived very late, a few days after the start of the school year. The labels are tiny, almost illegible, but the 'pirates' gourd is top-notch and my son really likes it.

The labels are nice but the ones we received did not match our order. Positive points: communication and quick refund.

We love this store and have been using their products (especially the clothing labels) since our little one entered kindergarten. However, the change this year of having to pick up the order at a collection point seems to us a complication (especially since the improvement in delivery time does not affect us as we are in another country). For us that it will arrive by mail to the mailbox was a very favorable point to buy in this store.

The stickers are too difficult to get off the sheet, always resulting in the edges being crumpled. This doesn't look very good when used on drinks bottles etc

The labels are always great, but the wooden balloon-shaped one, the text wasn't really centered - a bit disappointed for the price.

Fast, careful dispatch, very reasonable prices, but the self-adhesive labels for clothing come off in the wash.

The bottle is nice and withstands the temperature of the liquid, I bought 3 bottles, the 3 drip a lot, if they are not standing soak the surface or bag where you carry them, so for a child bottle is something quite complicated if you want to carry it in summer in a backpack and they manage them. The 3 have been scratched immediately and one of them has lifted part of the drawing. The bottles are nice and my kids like them, they are comfortable to drink from, but in my case they leak, so they lose a lot of points.

This is the 3rd time I've ordered the stickers and I've always been very satisfied. The selection of colors and images is good and the kids are always happy with the combination. This time (07.2024), however, it is almost impossible to get the small square stickers for clothes off the sheet, which makes it bumpy to use and takes some of the fun out of it. It also took a very long time for the stickers to arrive - it was much quicker in previous years

Due to a very long processing and delivery time, we received the product too late for our planned event.
