I ordered 2 times on this site. The labels on my 1st order did not stand up to the test of time (they faded). I nevertheless placed a 2nd order because I liked the personalization of the lunch boxes ... but I despair of ever receiving it. The after-sales service gives me ready-made answers that don't answer my questions.

Beautiful new wooden labels. Customization as requested, really the top. I will never travel without them again!

The labels are always top-notch, but every time I've ordered something I've had problems with delivery... (although I've moved in the meantime) After exchanging e-mails and still no order in my mailbox, I got on the phone and was offered a refund or a new issue. The order arrived in 3 days. Despite my misadventures, I recommend the site and the products!

I've been ordering for several years and I've never been disappointed! The labels are of very good quality, and what's more, I offered the gourd as a gift and it was a huge success!

Shoe labels are practical and attractive. The clothing labels are easy to use and pretty too. The gourd with the Savane landscape was a huge hit for my 3? year old son for his first day of school. I'm delighted with this order and I'm even going to make a second one.

The labels I ordered were exactly what I expected, and they fit perfectly. The ordering steps are very easy to follow. The labels are presented in a small booklet and are well protected . the little bonus is the fun stickers for children . Fast shipping .

3 weeks late, no discount on shipping, difficult to reach, products of lower quality than my previous order. What a shame!

I ordered my labels on 14/09 and received them on 22-09-20. Everything was in order, the delay can probably be explained by the postal strike! I panicked a bit, so I sent an e-mail to c-mon étiquette, who quickly replied. So I'm more than satisfied and the product seems to conform to what I asked for and gives a nice finish (labels for objects and clothes).

Easy to use, very pretty, but can't be tumble-dried at 60° (for self-adhesive, I haven't tested iron-on yet).

I have to revise my previous review as the company, after noting the non-arrival of my first order, reprinted it and a new shipment arrived, then, on time. Unfortunately, school had already started and the materials labeled but I appreciate the effort. There remains a need in my opinion to be able to track packages more efficiently to avoid this type of inconvenience.

We are not warned that the same order can be sent in 2 times and too much waiting for a response message fb or "contact" Otherwise fast delivery and good quality. Fast return if order lost.

Some of the products are missing, with no news from the company in response to my reminder emails. In addition, the 1st shipment was late for some of the products, preventing me from using them for back-to-school.

The bottles are heavy Lune is poorly printed They are difficult to open and handle for children (-6 years) I am very disappointed

I was just a little disappointed, I hadn't understood on the website that the cotton bag was sold individually and that you had to select the size. I was expecting a set of 3 different sizes. That said, I'm not disappointed with the product itself, it's very pretty and conforms to the typography chosen.

The after-sales service needs to be improved. I received my incomplete order and was told that the missing products would be sent to me as soon as possible, but 8 days later still nothing. Yet I immediately replied to the email asking when I would get them. No reply. It took 2 more emails and a comment on Instagram to get a refund confirmation! Too bad
