Forgot to send a product and then a long delay to receive the rest with just an email. No follow-up... This is not my 1st order. The others were quite satisfactory.

I'm still waiting for my 3 week box

Very satisfied with the products ordered, the only downside that we would make is on the delivery time, display to 48h or 1 week and more is necessary.

For my 2nd order it's a bit of a disappointment order placed on 28th August and to date still nothing apart from a sheet of gift stickers and the note that was supposed to come with the gourd..1st contact email telling me to wait 15 days after the deadline I decided to phone the person was very kind and told me that the order would be relaunched and sent back..it's been 1 week and there's no sign of the order either on my account or in my mailbox. I hope that my order will eventually arrive and that I won't have lost 46euro...my order included the gourd for my son's 1st birthday...too bad...

Very practical. Easy to stick on. Ideal kindergarten pack with labels of all sizes. Excellent value for money.

My order was only dispatched after 6 days (following a reminder email), not 48 hours, and the labels were badly pre-cut. Impossible to peel them off without damaging them. Very disappointed.

Unlike previous times when I was very satisfied, this time the labels don't come off properly, which makes it difficult to use them...

Hello, I've been ordering from this site for a long time now, and I'm always satisfied with my sticky labels, which are placed directly on the labels of the garment and hold well after several machine washes. Too bad, beautiful label, but a wash and more labels, your better to write with a pen if it's to have fun sticking labels for a single use. After this comment customer service at the top they take care of their customers ... above my expectations really a lot of choice beautiful labels

I ordered several adhesive object labels on September 15 and was informed by email of any time shift in my order. They arrived on Monday the 21st on time and stored carefully. I was very pleased and satisfied. Congratulations.

3 weeks to receive a parcel supposedly sent 4 days after the purchase.... no word of apology from customer service, which simply tells you to wait. I do not recommend this product.

Textile labels (iron-on and self-adhesive) don't stick. It's a pity, because they're very nice. I pointed this out to the seller, who didn't return my order. The luggage tag is very nice and seems solid. To be seen in time.

Products identical to site photos

I received them quickly and ordered 30. Visually nice, but the quality is mediocre! The labels don't fit on either the brand label or the fabric composition label, even though I did as instructed. I don't recommend it because after just one wash, the label comes off... Useless!

I ordered labels and a personalized gourd. The order arrived on time. The products were as described. Just a doubt about the quality of the bottle. My son dropped it once and the mesh covering it has already cracked.

Hello, Yes your product is excellent, I bought 3 for my grandchildren (3 gourds with their names) and we made 3 happy! Just the delivery time is a little too long in my opinion. But you can probably improve on this in the future. Best regards Mrs Sawyer

Initially I bought 30 of the iron-on stickers for my sons school uniform and followed the instructions to the T and still, after being put into the wash, the stickers had fallen off his uniform which left me disappointed. After writing to PF I was immediately sent a new batch which have been absolutely perfect. Truly appreciate this rectification and will be ordering more next year.

Dissatisfied the labels were never delivered in 48 h but in 1 week! once the return to school passed! and moreover there are 6 euros of expenses of delivery whereas the labels pass in a simple envelope mail! after having announced 2 times that I was still not delivered no commercial gesture was proposed to me! the minimum was to offer these famous expenses of delivery!
