After more than 15 days I still haven't received my order. I send an email and receive a reply saying that I have to wait another 1 week.... "manufacturing within 48h" but then the shipment....??? Impossible to reach me by phone I am told the numbers 1 to 1. I have doubts about the receipt of my order and the real existence of this company. On the other hand, I do receive promotional offers.

The bottles are too heavy and difficult to wash. Honestly, don't buy! I received the snack boxes 20 days after my order! Just stick to the labels.

Disappointed with the results of the self-adhesive labels for clothes, they come off after the first wash... they don't stick, I find them everywhere...?

Despite an oversight in my parcel, and a return 15 days later, I am satisfied with the very good quality products my son is very happy with.

Disappointed, it was much better before... follow-up and delivery. Too bad! On the other hand, the labels are of good quality ... no problem there!

For the new school year, I started by buying a water bottle for my son, he could choose the pattern and he was delighted then I bought iron-on labels that stick even on the schoolbag after obviously must be careful with the material of the support then I ordered a second water bottle because practical for school they are nominative for the little ones especially in kindergarten is quite practical I have not received it yet but on the one hand I ordered it 3 days ago so do not exaggerate I have confidence in general with each order I received in less than a week.

I've been ordering labels for my son for 4 years now and they're always top quality. The same goes for the gourd and the snack box.

2 weeks to receive my labels! And when you send a message, you get a standard email that tells you nothing more than what you see on the screen. And following this "exchange", I received many answers that the company, was doing to other customers ?!? ???

Overall satisfied. The labels are perfect. The bottles are a little heavy and the plastic cap is fragile. One bottle fell over once and part of the cap broke off. The bottle is still usable, but it's a shame the material isn't stronger. I would still recommend this product.

Gourd not at all practical heavy because in steel then the stopper 2 times that I change it and it is not give 8th not solid at all disappointed I will not repurchase any more product except labels

Very good products, I've been ordering for three years now and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend these products.

Shipping takes a little longer, presumably because it is manufactured in France. However, the price-performance ratio is more than balanced. Really a great product at a tiny price 🙂

I am quite surprised this year by the lack of follow-up. An order that took more than 3 weeks. Numerous calls and e-mails with complaints that have gone unanswered. It's a real shame.

Very useful and durable! I absolutely recommend the petit-Fernand labels! We have been using them to organize various preschool items...I find them more than great! Trying to believe ??

Fast service.

Order placed Sept. 3 of 28 that they say is not traceable....absurd. I have written to customer service several times and each time they reply with a preset message. The first time they told me I would have to wait until.17/09 at my second email today they reply that I have to wait until 20/09..what a clown. I asked for a refund ....but of course I don't expect that either....bravi to advertise themselves but the after sales service is crap! DON'T ORDER ANYTHING .....YOU WILL NEVER GET IT! In response to your customer service I must say that you are also liars....you never asked for the return of the goods...too bad I cannot attach your mediocre answers. I have already asked you countless times for a real answer...either send me the goods in an acceptable time,or since you are unable to do so return the money.

For now I give you 3stars...because I would like to have information on how to track my order...I also sent an email but still no response....I regret to make a negative review...I hope to have your attention.Thank you!

Very pretty gourd. Very popular with my three-year-old daughter. The self-adhesive labels are as pretty and practical as ever.

Difficulty +++ catching and removing the label from the holder.....so not easy to use compared to a competitor already tried ....déçue!

The design is great and there's a choice of colors, but next time I'll order thermo-adhesive labels because the self-adhesive labels for clothes aren't up to scratch, and I'm almost halfway through peeling them off, so I'm a bit disappointed. But otherwise, the ones for shoes and objects are great.

Ordered twice. Good product, useful, practical, but still a bit expensive for labels and such.

In this early school term, some delay was to be expected. But my shipment was not arriving. I contacted customer service who reprinted the labels and re-sent them to me! They were really friendly and kind. A second subsequent order of mine arrived without any problems.

Order shipped very late I placed the order on 23.08 shipped via colissimo 03.09 While it is well marked "printed and shipped within 48 hours" A little disappointed to have received the order after the return to school
