The labels are top-notch, with several choices in terms of colors and themes. Great value for money. Every year I order them for back-to-school (clothes and school supplies) and I'm always satisfied!

We mainly use the adhesive labels for clothes. It's simply practical not to have to write the name everywhere, which then washes out again after a while anyway. Overall, the labels hold up really well...every now and then a label comes off and lies loose in the laundry. But out of 100 pieces, that's maybe just 3-5 labels. Therefore, there would only be a small deduction in the rating. I would perhaps deduct half a star, but as this doesn't exist here, I'll leave it at 5 stars...4 would be too few. So overall our rating is very good and this is the third time I've ordered here. ????

Good quality, arrived on time, sufficient for all school supplies, my little one is happy with his name, first name and the little motorcycle on each label, thank you.

The best customizable labels it's been 2 years and I really recommend fast delivery and now they make the labels for the little erasable pots it's too good! And the kids 't can choose the color or design etc!

Very disappointed... I was delighted when I saw the reviews before ordering but the iron-on labels came off in the first wash, customer service reacted very quickly and kindly sent me free labels which unfortunately didn't wash well either...

Very disappointed with my first order. The font size is tiny, which is really annoying for labels! I don't recommend it and I'll go back to the competitor, slightly more expensive but at least readable!

I placed the order 20 days ago and I still haven't received it and without any confirmation email and without being able to track the shipment. Customer service does not answer. Obviously I no longer need the order, I demand a refund. Not recommended.

Upon receipt of the package. Very satisfied with my 2 personalized cotton bags. As described. But after the first wash (short program at 30 degrees), the motifs, the design and my son's first and last names were almost completely erased. As a result, they're basic cotton bags and no longer personalized.

Top-quality labels and boxes!

So disappointed with the iron labels. I bought a set of various sizes last year for my daughter they were awesome but the new ones I have for my son our rubbish. I spent, ages ironing then into his uniform as per instructions. They are now all coming off in the wash. Very disappointed indeed. My daughters are still staying strong in her tops and bottoms. Not sure what has changed in the process making for the iron on sections but certainly will go elsewhere next time to get the kids labels I'm afraid.

The order from 2 years ago had arrived in 3 days, my last order from 15 GG ago I still haven't received it and it can't be traceable as it is 28 euros. Disappointment, I should have read the latest reviews before placing a new order since everyone is talking about lost orders! 2 stars because I am still hoping to receive the goods ... Edit: I received a letter of apology, confirming that I had shipped the labels and saying it was probably a postal problem, was offered to ship me again what I ordered: however a few hours after the email (and 23 GG after shipping) I received the long awaited envelope with the labels. I thank customer service but advise Petit Fernand to use traceable shipping...to avoid placing blame that is not their own!

Disappointing iron-on labels!!! I already bought them for my son 3 years ago, I was delighted, but now I'm really disappointed. They do not hold And if by chance it adheres ... they are found in the machine after the first wash.

Hello following my order label for back to school I wanted to test the gourd and can isothermal with the names of my daughters in inscription very practical for kindergarten on the other hand my little princesses systematically request the help of the ASVM because she can not open the cap of the gourd and there can very pretty aesthetically but really not practical!!!! A cup would have been enough, too bad!

Lost shipping. It doesn't make sense to have no shipping tracking for orders of 30 euro. I can understand for orders under 10 euro, but above that seems absurd. After 17 days after the order was shipped, I still haven't received anything and, indeed, there is no telling what happened to it. Too bad I showed trust by placing a second order 9 days after placing the first one, which also has not yet arrived....

The labels are of very good quality and the colors are top notch Just the cut is a little tight to detach them from the board.

Lost shipments. I placed the order in August but despite two different shipments the merchandise never arrived! I was refunded the expense incurred. Customer service friendly,helpful and quick in answering.

Labels come off after washing.

It took more than 15 days and the labels have come wrong, all twisted to one side... already in itself the program or your website that you have to write labels leaves much to be desired and should be better specified and more clearly. I will not buy here again, I will go back to Stickers where I used to do it before....
