Very long delivery time. Lower quality than my first order (labels do not peel off easily).

Gourd received very nice, but after two use the cap is broken on the two bottles ordered, I am dissatisfied with the product for the price paid.

The last order I placed, some of the hot melt labels do not stick properly. They come off when I wash the garment. This has never happened to me before.

In addition to taking more than 10 days to receive the order, the labels have come to me wrong, according to them I made the wrong order. By email they have not even answered me and by phone the answer is... "sorry the order is fine...".

This is my second order. This time I am really dissatisfied! Only after a request (one week later) when the order will be shipped, a partial delivery was sent. The customer should be informed when ordering that the order will not be dispatched after 48 hours, AS PROMISED. Then everyone can decide for themselves whether they want to wait months for the order or not. Three weeks have now passed and the rest of the order has still not been dispatched. Zero information. Nothing. But the money was debited directly. Should have ordered somewhere else. I will definitely not order from esistmeins again.

Hello Disappointed labels do not hold and 1st wash at 30 degrees peel off.

I had ordered 3 products. Only 2 arrived. After a complaint and a phone call a new order was placed but I'm still waiting and it's been more than 10 days.

Very happy with the personalized water bottle, which is of excellent quality and capacity. We were already familiar with this product and had already been won over. However, we were disappointed with the personalized bag. We found it a little small and the colors very bland. On the other hand, receipt of the order took longer than on other occasions.

The order was received fairly quickly. I'm sorry I didn't have more information about the delivery date. I ordered the personalized bottle. I find that the neck is not very easy to use for a 3 year old. It seems solid and doesn't leak. Another small regret: it's not dishwasher-safe.

The parcel arrived 1 week later. As I had already started the new school year, I was unable to label my children's equipment. Really disappointed....

Order delay of more than 2 weeks, products shipped in 2 shipments without any warning of the delay of one of them. I paid the shipping costs, of course.

Quality product and responsive customer service

I've never received my order and the after-sales service is playing dead, it's a real mess! No response by email, by phone, on the Facebook page either...it's the first time I've been so dissatisfied and outraged by the failure to manage a dispute...if back-to-school is a big period, hire staff to satisfy your customers. I'm going to have to order elsewhere, even though I was totally won over by your products.

You mention fast delivery! We waited over a week to receive our labels. Even though we had parcel tracking, tracking was impossible. And when we try to contact you, there's never any answer! Very very disappointed!
