Easy ordering and fast delivery
Non-existent customer service. I have been waiting for my order for 20 days and it is still in manufacturing. I find myself in school started without the materials I needed and without any kind of response from the company that has already cashed my money! By filling out contact form from their site They send standard responses that are the same for everyone (mine says they have shipped the products when in my account from their site they have been in manufacturing for 20 days)
I received the labels quickly and of good quality I recommend
Never disappointed with my orders. The labels hold up perfectly even after several washes, and there's plenty of choice in personalization to delight the children. For the comforters, this is the 3rd time I've used the same labels for back-to-school.
Gourd magnificent and of good quality, label super pretty and funny for the children, on the other hand, the iron-on labels much are gone after 3 washings .. and the sticky labels clothing idem .. for so much I respected the instructions with the installation and the waiting before use. And machine wash at 30 ... so very disappointed for the clothes. But great for objects and shoes.

I bought a Maternelle pack. I've used all the labels, and I'm very disappointed with the heat-sensitive labels. They all came off after 2 washes, even though I did everything I could to stick them on. As a result, I find myself having to make new labels for my son's clothes.
Still no news of my order since 26/08: 3 lunchboxes, labels, only one reply to my numerous emails, saying that they were late and that my order was being manufactured - that was last Tuesday! I sent an e-mail back today for a refund and no reply! What a shame never again! On the other hand, replying here is a good way of showing off to other customers!

As usual, perfect! Thank you so much! We also loved the customizable bags. The only drawback was that the shoe labels were without the transparent pkus protectors... As a result, they don't hold up as well on sla shoes.

Order never received after one month of waiting!!!! However, their site clearly states that they have a 48-hour lead time for the manufacture of personalized products and then a +1 day lead time for priority postal delivery. I contacted them several times and the only answer I got was that I had to wait again!!!! My daughter started school two weeks ago! We'll have to see if they'll be kind enough to give me a full refund!!!! What's more, I asked them for the tracking number of the order to find out where it is once the post office has received it, but no reply! Don't expect any order tracking, only messages telling you to wait and wait! Good customer service: The full refund of my order is pending due to a postal error!
Labels as indicated on the website. Simply perfect
Nothing to say about the products themselves, but the delivery tracking leaves something to be desired. We know that our parcel has been dispatched but we don't know when it will be delivered, and above all we can't track the delivery.

I have been waiting 15 days for the order and have not heard anything about it. The money has been collected and they have sent me a tracking number but they don't say where to track it.
I purchased the iron on labels. Shame they only last 2 30?c washes and already peeling off. And yes I did follow the application instructions to the letter. Very disappointed! wish I hadn't wasted my money and just sewn the tags in like normal. These are not fit for purpose at all
1 month later, I still haven't received the entire order... the labels are great, but for the gourd, the name and surname aren't even centered... it's just a detail, but at 20 euros a gourd... I'm still waiting for the lunch box, out of stock...
Nice product, good quality, taken for a 2 year old and a 4 year old, even if filled it can seem heavy, they don't complain about it.... Too bad there's no system for putting a cord around the neck. Nice rendering of the prints. Overall, I'm satisfied with the product, I just think the price is a bit excessive...

Very pretty personalized labels, but unfortunately they don't hold up after washing - they all come off.
Excellent labels
Everything is OK just I wanted to put an iron-on label on the coat but it didn't hold.
The delivery was on time as promised and the look is also very nice. My daughter was delighted. Now the BUT... the textile stickers and also the iron-on ones came off after just one or two washes, despite following the instructions. So completely useless for labeling clothes. So I won't be ordering from them again.
I placed the order in July, but despite two different shipments (the first in July and the second in August), the goods never arrived! At least I was reimbursed for the expense incurred, however, in the meantime I lost two months and for my daughter school started without those materials....
I ordered the customisable labels for my little girl starting nursery and I am thrilled with the quality of them. You get loads in the pack and they are really beautiful designs too. The order was shipped really quickly also. Will definitely be ordering more again from this company
I have placed several orders on this site. I have always been very satisfied. But on this last order several mistakes were made. I haven't made any complaints because my daughter likes them all the same, but they weren't the items originally ordered. I would come back to this site because the quality is good and the mistakes were only made on this last order.
Very durable
Waiting time too long, sent an order on August 10 and to date which is September 13 I still have not received anything and on top of that they don't even respond.
Disappointed my first order never arrived despite tracking fees. Clonetiquette sent me back a simple batch without drawing as I had ordered the first time. Not friendly on the phone. I will not order again there are other serious sites.
