Lovely labels, perfect gourd and fast delivery!
Labels ordered on August 20 and still not arrived. Ms. caterina's response is that there must have been inefficiency with the post office but the package is not traceable. Asked for confirmation of shipping address and no other response. Asked to resend labels but as of yesterday still no response. Tonight sent further reminder email. If they want to sell abroad as well they should rely on traceable delivery service otherwise they risk indelibly compromising their seriousness.
The labels are superb. They hold well on objects. A little expensive though. The bottles are just as pretty. The stoppers are a little less good quality. They become hard to open over time.
Brilliant personalization I really like what ''C Mon étiquette'' does, with a choice of personalizations to suit all tastes, for girls and boys alike, there's an embarrassment of riches in several formats, including objects. I really recommend them.
After being very satisfied with the stickers last year, I ordered again this year. Order/delivery etc. was all good. Unfortunately, the stickers were not well punched out this time, so they were difficult to remove from the foil. Therefore one star deduction this time. Otherwise the quality is very good.

Great products but unfortunately not all available. I waited several weeks to order products that I really liked, but they were a victim of their own success.
Catastrophic delivery error: I ordered gourd and lunch box labels personalized with my son's name and only received a gourd and lunch box with other children's names! And without labels! Customer service told me to renew my order and ship it, but this time I only received the labels and no gourd or lunch box... I'm extremely disappointed!
Non-existent and dishonest customer service. I ordered on August 22, I received an email that it was shipped on the 26th, today it's September 8 and I still haven't received my order! Impossible to reach customer service. They only responded when I left a not favorable review on their Instagram account. It was, of course, a generic response - "patient until Saturday, September 5." Then "patient until Monday, September 7." Now I'm asking for a refund and I still haven't heard back. This is unacceptable.

The labels are beautiful! The self-adhesive labels hold perfectly. But the iron-on labels come off after the first wash... too bad!
Nothing to say about the labels, they're great, but as far as the bottles are concerned, I don't find them very practical. They're very pretty, but the capacity isn't very big, and above all the caps aren't very easy to use for the little ones. And it's a pity you have to buy another cap for the colored bottle. A bit disappointed.

The order was received on time and the products were of good quality. I am very satisfied with my order, the personalized fabric pouches are perfect and seem solid. The labels are of very good quality and the packaging is neat. I recommend and would recommend a 3rd time! 🙂

Great concept. We picked up the labels for our daughter's first day of kindergarten. The design is great and they are very easy to use. 12s to the heat of the steam iron. I know I'll be recommending them in the future to finish off all my daughter's things.

Order placed on 20/08/2020 and still nothing received! No reply to my e-mails except the automatic replies! Unacceptable!
Clothing labels don't hold. Once washed and then dried, they didn't hold. Money was wasted and I had to order new ones from a competitor. Never again!
Very disappointed. Ordered on August 24th. Still nothing received on August 31st even though the order was supposed to leave within 48h. I sent an e-mail to find out how things were going, and was told on September 1st that my order had been processed and would be produced and dispatched within 48 hours! One week after placing the order and on the first day of school. I reply, of course, that I'm unhappy, that I had to buy new labels in a hurry, and that this one won't do me any good this year. NO RESPONSE. I'm very unhappy. An apology would have been enough. Too bad I won't be ordering from them again.

The colors are top-notch, and there's plenty of choice to suit every child's taste (3 girls here, none of them have the same ones). Several boxes to properly prepare a picnic. But it's possible to make a single box for snacks.
The insulated, customisable water bottle I got from Petit-Fernand came very quickly and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of both the packaging and the product itself. This is a high quality product and definitely worth the money. I have tried with both hot and cold drinks and the bottle works amazingly well under both temperatures!
I ordered 90 labels so that I could stick them on different types of clothing. I scrupulously followed the instructions on the leaflet. It looked fine once ironed. However, I was disappointed to find that none of the labels remained on the garments. After the 1st wash, I gradually found the labels in the drum of my washing machine. I'm hoping for compensation.
The labels stick really well on the various school items and the flask is of very good quality and easy for a child to open.

Fast forward to Reunion Island! For my daughter's first day at nursery school, I opted for the nursery pack. I received my envelope within a week or 10 days, which is a reasonable time for Reunion Island. The labels are of good quality, I'll be ordering again!

I bought lunchboxes, so it was a very expensive order, and I've heard nothing! I sent several emails and phoned and got no reply! Forced to take legal action against this company!
