The labels are great I love them
Two stars because customer service responded and offered me labels but all the iron-on ones fall off after 1 or 2 washes. After spending an hour labeling my daughter's clothes....I'm going to have to start all over again.

Love the designs and personalisation of the isothermal water bottles. Love the fact you can choose your kwn design, font and name just perfect for your child, school or a gift.

The self-adhesive labels are fine, but the iron-on ones are harder to attach to clothes, especially with a steam iron where you can't adjust the temperature. I'd just like to point out that the self-adhesive labels for clothes should be a little bit smaller, so that I can stick them on the brand label. Otherwise, they're fine.

This is the 2nd year I've ordered these labels. The first time, no problems. This year, the writing isn't centered and the stickers are hard to remove: the precutting isn't up to scratch. On the other hand, they're great for the gourd and bentos.

Nice stickers, but 30 euros for a simple booklet is just too much. If this were a pretty little album, then fine. But as it is, it is quite unwieldy, especially for children's hands, and will quickly become damaged and/or easily lost. Shipping by post is also questionable for this amount, as it is uninsured. What's more, it comes in a simple envelope, so the simple booklet is crumpled! However, the terms and conditions make it clear that little value is apparently placed on consumer rights. Return if not satisfied or similar. - is not. No recommendation.
I ordered beautiful little labels, easy to produce. The gourds are also beautiful, my nieces loved them! When shipped, the products were well packaged and arrived quickly. I recommend!!!

I did not receive the confirmation email, nor have I received a reply to the email query I wrote. They say that production takes 48 hours but we don't know when the order will arrive. I need it now. It doesn't seem fair to pay for something that you don't know when you will receive. At the moment my degree of satisfaction is zero, I hope it will be solved soon. I received the order and the product is of good quality, I am happy with the purchase but it still doesn't seem right that you don't receive a confirmation email, the uncertainty is disconcerting. I think it is something that could be improved.
